As basic production and service organization of Railway Transportation Company, railway station’s management level and production efficiency affect the overall benefits of Railway Transportation Company directly. Under the background of railway reforming, the reform of basic railway station gradually goes deep as well. For example, adopting modern organization management institution and establishing valid incentive system, etc. It is known that organizational behavioral science plays a more and more significant role in modern corporation management, it means a lot for applying the organizational behavioral science to improving the basic railway station’s management level and promoting the railway station’s reform.Based on the reform and management condition of Shenzhen Railway Station, this thesis attempts to explore effective counter plan to ameliorate the management level and efficiency of Shenzhen Railway Station. Through analyzing the organizational behavioral feature of Shenzhen Railway Station and summarizing its change rules, this thesis proposes improvement approach for the station’s management condition. Research contents mainly include six parts. First, it analyses the organization and staff structure of Shenzhen Railway Station and locates its existing defects. Second, it puts forward principles and methods for survey on the basis of individual and group behavioral theory. Third, it analyses the survey data, summarizes the individual and group behavioral feature in Shenzhen Railway Station and proposes improvement approach for it. Forth, based on the individual and group behavioral feature of the station, it proposes junior staff incentive model, senior staff incentive model and comprehensive incentive model. Fifth, through analysis of the organizational structure of Shenzhen Railway Station, it proposes organizational structure of the Shenzhen Railway Station optimization model. Sixth, it evaluates the performance of Shenzhen Railway Station, and based on the evaluation results, it proposes a series of systematic countermeasures.Combining organizational behavioral science and management practice, this thesis proposes some approaches to ameliorate firm’s management practices. So the conclusions and proposals have positive effects to improve railway station’s management level.
