With the promotion of BIM technology in construction enterprises,the work process of construction enterprises has changed,and the employees of enterprises learn BIM technology autonomously.This kind of spontaneous behavior of employees is called job crafting.Howerever,this kind of spontaneous behavior is very rare in the construction industry.And due to the lack of innovation atmosphere in the construction enterprises,the behavior of employees' job crafting is triggered,which leads to the low organizational performance of the construction enterprises in recent years.In the process of BIM technology application in construction enterprises,there is a lack of research on the impact of innovation atmosphere and job crafting on organizational performance.The purpose of this study is to fill in this defect,based on the theory of "I-P-O"(Input Process Output),taking innovation atmosphere as "input",work remodeling as "process",and organizational performance as "output",constructs a systematic structure model,and explores the relationship between them and the intermediary of work remodeling through the design of intermediary model.In this study,the definition,dimension and relationship of BIM,innovation atmosphere,work remodeling and organizational performance are first combed by literature induction.Then the theoretical model and the research hypothesis are put forward.The data was collected by questionnaire survey,which was divided into two times.60 pieces of data were collected by paper questionnaire in Yangzhou for small sample analysis of reliability and validity,excluding the unreasonable scale in the questionnaire,and then 270 pieces of effective questionnaire were collected by combining paper questionnaire and network questionnaire,and large sample data were analyzed by spass22.0 and amos25.0 including difference analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation model test.The hypotheses proposed in this study are verified:(1)there is a positive correlation between innovation climate and organizational performance;(2)there is a positive correlation between job crating and organizational performance;(3)there is a positive correlation between innovation atmosphere and job crating;(4)job crating plays an intermediary role between innovation atmosphere and organizational performance.Through this study,we can analyze the correlation,causality and the intermediary role of job crafting among variables,which has great theoretical and practical significance for the sustainable and stable development of the construction industry.Through the study of construction enterprises,we can promote the generation of job crafting behavior by strengthening the creation of innovation atmosphere(such as:reward and punishment system).we can also encourage employees job crafting behavior(such as strengthening cooperation with high-end talents)to improve organizational performance.These can provide reference for the sustainable development of construction enterprises.
