In today’s society,with the rapid development of the economy,the pace of urban development is becoming faster and faster,and urban safety is becoming increasingly important.At the same time,the continuous implementation of urban comprehensive pipe gallery projects in China has gradually improved the public security management system in cities.Due to the numerous,closed,and complex internal pipelines,the comprehensive pipeline gallery is increasingly crucial in preventing unsafe incidents such as pipeline explosions and fires.By monitoring and analyzing the internal environment of the comprehensive pipe gallery,a set of intelligent monitoring and early warning control system based on the Internet of Things has been designed.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the research status of urban comprehensive pipe corridors in China,and finds that there are problems such as fires and harmful gas leakage inside the comprehensive pipe corridors.In order to better solve the above problems,improvements are made from the following aspects:(1)A smart monitoring and early warning control system for urban comprehensive pipe corridors based on Internet technology has been proposed.The system has a three-level distributed architecture.Firstly,STM32F103RCT6 was used as the main development board and the hardware design of the system was carried out.Secondly,the basic functions of the system are composed of minimum system,acquisition circuit,CAN bus communication,Ethernet communication,TFT-LCD display,SDIO memory,etc.Based on hardware,the software design of the underlying computer has been implemented.Finally,the μ The C/OS-II system has been ported and implemented functions such as software development,data processing,and real-time storage.(2)By utilizing the MCGS configuration program,remote control,real-time monitoring,and early warning of the system have been achieved.(3)By applying algorithms such as regression prediction,Kalman filtering,and ARIMA model,the concentration prediction of flammable gases in the comprehensive pipeline corridor has been achieved.On this basis,a comparative analysis was conducted using Python language between Kalman filtering and ARIMA model,and the results showed that ARIMA model has good accuracy and accuracy.(4)Through the overall design,software and hardware design and debugging,the entire comprehensive corridor can be monitored and warned to achieve the predetermined goals and ensure the safety inside the pipeline corridor.
