With the development of urbanization in China,urban land resources are becoming more and more scarce,which makes the urban construction space gradually transfer from the ground to the underground.At present,the construction of underground loop and integrated pipe gallery in the underground space of the central business district in China can effectively alleviate the traffic congestion pressure and improve the regional quality.The construction of underground loop and integrated pipe corridor complex has the characteristics of both underground engineering and municipal engineering,with many risk sources,difficult construction and complex external environment,so it is more prone to safety accidents.In this paper,the construction safety risk management of underground loop and integrated pipe gallery complex in Jinan Central Business District is studied,which mainly uses the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The research contents mainly include the establishment of underground loop and integrated pipe corridor complex system,the study of its classification and characteristics;Through literature search,the underground engineering accidents in China in recent ten years are statistically analyzed,and six risk categories,such as collapse,high altitude fall and object strike,are analyzed.Using the combination of normative research and empirical research,using risk management,safety behavior,safety management and other theories and Combined with the actual situation of the construction characteristics of underground engineering,combined with the construction characteristics and project difficulties of underground loop and integrated pipe gallery complex,the safety risk factor system of personnel,machinery,technology,environment and management is obtained.The five major safety risks and 25 risk subitems of the project are identified by using the Delphi method and the field method combined with the safety risk factor system,and the risk evaluation indexes are obtained.By using the combination of expert investigation method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the weight indexes are determined at first.Then the safety risk grade of the project is quantified and calculated to obtain the integrated items of underground ring road and integrated pipe gallery in Jinan Central Business District.Objective Risk level: the construction of the safety riskorganization management system of the underground loop and the comprehensive pipe corridor complex project is established on the project site,and the risk avoidance and risk control of 383 risk sub-items are obtained by analyzing the 88 site safety inspection reports,and the risk avoidance and risk control of the risk response are applied.Risk transfer and risk accept four traditional strategies to analyze the risk factors of personnel,machinery,technology,environment and management,and put forward specific risk control measures.
