A Research On Optimization Of S Airlines’ Operational Risk Management System Based On Big Data

Safety is the foundation for the development of civil aviation and the bottom line and red line of airlines.Flight operation risk management,as the core part of civil aviation safety management,is generally highly valued by airlines.In order to adapt to the operational risk management requirements of airlines in the era of big data and improve their operational risk management capabilities,this article analyzes the current situation of operational risk management and big data application of S Airlines,utilizes the theory and methods of big data risk control,and optimizes the operational risk management system of S Airlines based on digital construction,Built an intelligent operational risk management system based on big data.This study starts with the transformation and application of the traditional airline operational risk management system in the era of big data,analyzes the current research and application of big data operational risk management by some experts,scholars,and civil aviation institutions at home and abroad through literature research methods,and studies the core concepts and theoretical foundation of operational risk management and big data,laying the foundation for this study.After that,from the perspective of front-line experience in the construction of S Airlines’ operational risk management system,the construction process of S Airlines’ operational risk management system is reviewed,showing the current operational risk management system framework and various management modules of S Airlines,and focusing on the composition and design ideas of the operational risk control system.Through overall department research and targeted personal interviews with S Airlines,Understand the current situation of S Airlines’ big data operational risk management work,analyze and summarize the shortcomings of the current S Airlines’ operational risk management system,and propose an optimization plan for the big data based operational risk management system from four aspects: organization and policy,big data platform construction,management process optimization,and data culture construction.Through research,it provides some reference value and assistance for optimizing the operational risk management system of airlines,and also provides some ideas for the future development direction of intelligent operational risk management of big data for airlines.
