In recent years,modern science and technology such as information technology and Internet technology have developed rapidly in China,it plays a positive role in the innovation and reform of all walks of life,comprehensively strengthens the communication and exchange between industries,promotes the integration of industries,and makes all fields in the process of development cannot get rid of the reform of information technology.For example,in the field of construction engineering,along with the continuous impact of modern Internet technology,the reform of bidding is also constantly improved and upgraded,relying on the advantage of the Internet technology and the combination of the traditional bidding process system,the domestic bidding work has gradually from the traditional offline bidding fast into the online electronic bidding,making the field of construction project bidding links in improving work efficiency,save resources for bidding,curb bidding market practice favoritism,it has obtained the certain effect,by the end of 2021,in the field of electronic bidding,the public resource trading center of 32 provinces,municipalities,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central Government has realized the whole process of electronic bidding business in 20 regions.The electronic bidding trading platform serves as the bridge of the main body of the electronic bidding.Operating process in construction industry is still facing many risks and challenges,based on the research of the electronic bidding transaction platform operational risk,can make the platform for operation stages in the process of construction of the possibility of risky events into a targeted prevention,the platform is always in a stable,efficient and safe operating environment.Therefore,it is necessary to study the risk of electronic bidding trading platform.Based on the electronic bidding and trading platform as the research subject,this paper studies the risks it faces in the operation process of the platform.At first,through a large number of literature reading and the use of process method to carefully analyze the links of electronic bidding and trading,identify the risk factors and establish the operation risk evaluation model of electronic bidding and trading platform.According to the source of the risk will be divided into risk management risk,technology risk,economic risk,market risk,security risk level five risk factors indicators,and through the flow chart of specific risk analysis method of heavy,subdivided into five primary risk indexes of 18 secondary risk factors,using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)to identify the risk of index weight calculation,The weight of each risk factor in the two-level risk index is obtained,and the model is evaluated by fuzzy evaluation method.Electronic bidding trading platform in Chongqing as an example for the empirical analysis,the Chongqing electronic bidding trading platform in the process of operation management,technical,economic,market,safety risk is established in Chongqing electronic bidding transaction platform operational risk evaluation model,through the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for risk assessment,Calculated the Chongqing electronic bidding transaction platform operation risk assessment results,determine the Chongqing electronic bidding trading platform between operational risk in the risk and high risk,finally to Chongqing electronic bidding transaction platform according to the result of the operational risk evaluation,put forward electronic bidding transaction platform operational risk coping strategies.
