Research On The Operational Risk Control Of Enterprise A Under The Background Of Great Wisdom Propelling Clouds

With the evolution and development of technology,big data,artificial intelligence,mobile Internet,cloud computing and other technologies are showing a trend of "big wisdom moving to the cloud".In today’s society,with the rapid development of economic globalization,the scale of enterprises is getting larger and larger,and the businesses of enterprises are getting more and more complicated.These enterprises may have different needs and challenges,and need customized solutions to solve specific business problems.Therefore,for different enterprises and organizations,it is necessary to combine their own characteristics to determine the most suitable technology and method,and create a differentiated solution.Many enterprises began to actively try to apply big data,artificial intelligence,mobile Internet,cloud computing and other technologies to enterprise management to adapt to the development of enterprises.But at the same time,there are also some companies because of their unique corporate nature and scope of business.In the changing times,the traditional risk management and control system has seriously affected the development of enterprises.Therefore,if enterprises want to maintain sustainable development,risk management and control becomes increasingly important.A sound risk management and control system is the basis for enterprises to achieve high-quality development.In this context,the research on the operational risk control of Enterprise A adopts the case analysis method,the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research and other research methods.First of all,by reading relevant thesis and journals at home and abroad,this thesis summarizes relevant theoretical basis at home and abroad to understand the development status of "Great Wisdom Cloud" and operational risk control.Secondly,through field research,I have A corresponding understanding of the basic situation of enterprise A,including its organizational structure,risk management organization system,corporate strategy and business model.At the same time,I introduce the deficiencies in the operation risk control of enterprise A and analyze the reasons.Specific operational risks of Enterprise A are identified by quantitative and qualitative methods combined with the actual situation,including human resource risk,social responsibility risk,procurement risk,asset management risk and sales risk.The Z-value method and F-value method are used to measure the operational risk of enterprise A from the perspective of finance and judge whether it has the risk of bankruptcy.Then,based on the identified operational risks,operational risk evaluation indicators are constructed,and experts are invited to score them to determine the importance of operational risk factors and provide direction for the optimization of operational risk control.Finally,corresponding risk management and control measures are proposed,hoping to provide reference for the construction of risk management and control system of other enterprises and promote the stable development of enterprises.The innovation of this study lies in the in-depth analysis and research on the operational risk control of Enterprise A through the comprehensive application of a variety of research methods,and the feasible risk control measures are proposed,which provides a useful reference for the construction of risk control system of other enterprises.At the same time,the study also discusses the development trend of "big wisdom moving cloud",which provides important reference significance for the future development of enterprises.
