With the improvement of urbanization,the construction speed of urban rail transit is accelerating,and the number of special rail bridges is increasing,which further improves the travel quality of urban residents and makes the people feel more happiness.However,the deterioration of the service environment,the degradation of the structural performance,and the influence of human factors will inevitably aggravate the operational risks of the rail bridges.Due to the important position of special rail bridge in urban transportation system,if the operation risk cannot be identified in a timely and effective manner and risk control measures cannot be formulated,it may cause huge safety accidents in serious cases,resulting in immeasurable economic and social losses.Therefore,it is of great scientific significance and engineering application value to carry out research on operation risk management of special track bridge to ensure the operation safety of bridge and improve the service quality of bridge operation.Based on the Joint Fund Project of National Natural Science Foundation of China(U20A20314),on the basis of reviewing the existing research results,this paper focuses on the key issues of risk identification and assessment management of rail bridges,uses the risk monitoring advantages of health monitoring cloud platform,and carries out a study on the operational risk management of urban rail transit bridges based on monitoring cloud platform.The main research work is as follows:(1)The research status and basic theory of bridge risk management are carried out.This paper summarizes the research status of bridge risk source identification,risk assessment and risk management at home and abroad,analyzes the main problems of rail bridge operation risk management,and defines the main research content and research ideas of this paper.The definition,common methods and implementation process of bridge risk,operational risk source identification and operational risk assessment are systematically analyzed,which lays a theoretical foundation for risk source identification and assessment in the following paper.(2)The risk identification research of rail bridge operation based on monitoring cloud platform was carried out.Firstly,the basic theory,function and monitoring project of cloud platform for rail bridge monitoring are introduced.Then,combined with the operation characteristics of rail bridges,different risk sources in the operation process of rail bridges are summarized and divided into human risk,structural risk and environmental risk.At the same time,these three risk factors are effectively classified,and a list of risk factors for rail bridges is dug up and sorted by importance.Finally,a risk identification method of rail bridge operation based on comprehensive evaluation method is proposed by using data statistics method,accident tree analysis method and expert scoring method.(3)Research on operation risk assessment management of rail bridge is carried out.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and fuzzy mathematics are integrated to construct the bridge operation risk assessment model based on fuzzy AHP,and the determination method of risk source weight and the concrete steps of risk assessment are described in detail.On this basis,the principle of As Low As Reasonably Practicable(ALARP)is introduced to make risk decision analysis,and according to the characteristics of bridge operation risk,the establishment principle of risk control measures based on ALARP criterion is proposed.(4)A case study of operational risk management of in-service rail bridge was carried out.Based on the historical monitoring data of different monitoring projects in the health monitoring cloud platform of a rail bridge,the paper starts from three aspects:human factors,structural factors and environmental factors.First,the list of risk factors is established by using statistical data method.Secondly,use the accident tree analysis method to determine the list of possible risk accidents.Then,expert scoring was used to identify major risk factors.Finally,the fuzzy AHP method is used to analyze and calculate the weight of the main risk sources in the operation process of the rail bridge.The risk assessment model is applied to the operation risk assessment of the bridge,and the risk levels of the main risk sources are obtained.Based on the ALARP criterion,the risk sources of different risk levels are classified and the targeted risk prevention and control measures are proposed.It provides useful reference for bridge operation risk management.
