| The development of information technology and the explosive growth of data have posed great challenges to the traditional enterprise information management system.Effective processing and application of big data can help enterprises make more effective use of their data assets and create value for enterprises.Therefore,many enterprises put the construction of big data platform on the agenda and try to use the construction of big data platform to promote the digital transformation of traditional enterprises.The big data platform construction project is often faced with many project risks due to its relatively new technology,wide range of departments,and many constraints,which poses great challenges to the success of the project.Because the processing means and methods of big data are brand new,and the traditional risk management theory cannot be directly applied,the risk management of big data platform construction project is a brand new topic,which needs further research and analysis.This research takes the risk management of big data platform construction project as the research object,focusing on the application of classic project risk management theory in the construction project of Enterprise Z big data platform.A sound project risk management system is an important guarantee for the successful delivery of the project.At present,Enterprise Z has not established a systematic project risk management system.Based on the existing risk management theory,it is of practical significance to explore a risk management mechanism that conforms to the reality of Enterprise Z’s big data platform construction project.This paper mainly uses literature analysis,Delphi method,DEMATEL method and analytic hierarchy process to study project risk management.The specific research contents include:First,using the literature analysis method and the Delphi method method to identify the project risks,identified the risk factors of the big data platform construction project of Enterprise Z,and obtained the risk classification and risk list of the project.Secondly,using the DEMATEL model to analyze the risk influencing factors of the Enterprise Z’s big data platform construction project.The degree of influence of each factor is calculated through a comprehensive impact matrix,and the correlation relationship between each factor is obtained.Thirdly,a risk assessment framework was constructed for the identified risk influencing factors,and the weights of each risk factor were evaluated using Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the importance ranking of project risks.Fourthly,response measures have been developed for project risks based on the importance of risk factors,and the effectiveness of this method has been demonstrated through the practice of Enterprise Z’s big data platform construction project.In conclusion,this study has solved the problems existing in risk management of Enterprise Z’s big data platform construction project,improved the existing risk management theoretical system,and has guiding significance and application value for the risk management practice of similar enterprises in big data platform construction projects. |
