Currently data has become an important factor of production and social wealth,and even a key resource for competition among countries.The big data strategy has been officially included in our national development outline.Relevant departments in my country have recently promulgated policies and regulations related to the new energy vehicle industry and data,and the supervision of data application has become increasingly strict.As an important digital asset of new energy vehicle enterprises,data is very important and critical to the construction of enterprise data middle platform system.Based on the current development background of the new energy vehicle industry,combined with the characteristics of the industry and the risk management theory,this paper uses the case analysis method to carry out risk management research on the data middle platform project of M company.According to the current regulatory requirements of the data regulations of the relevant national departments,the risk management of data related projects in the new energy vehicle industry is analyzed,and it provides an example for the risk management of M company and other new energy vehicle enterprises in data application management.There are good references in theory and practice.This research takes the data middle platform project of M company as the research entity,starting from the flow of the full life cycle of data in the project middle platform project,and closely combines the company’s data development and using process to comprehensively and systematically identify the data middle platform project development.For various risks faced in the process,the work breakdown structure method,brainstorming method,expert investigation method and other methods are used to obtain the risk list of the data middle platform project,and then the risk probability impact matrix is used to evaluate the risks,and the preliminary results of each risk are obtained.Rank and weight value,then calculate the specific risk value and classify,and formulate the project’s risk response strategy and monitoring method according to the obtained results.Finally,according to the actual operation of the project and risk response feedback,timely update the risk list,record the specific risk response measures and results in detail,and dynamically and continuously monitor the project risk,so as to improve the ability of risk management applied by M company’s data center project.This study effectively manages the risks in the whole life cycle of data generation,collection,processing,use,storage and destruction in the new energy vehicle industry,and provides theoretical support and policy suggestions for the risk control of data platform project in the new energy vehicle industry.
