As an important national new infrastructure,3D real scene can reflect the temporal and spatial information of human production,life and ecological space in a real,three-dimensional and sequential manner.3D realistic geospatial scene in Chian has been included in the "14th Five-Year Plan" for the protection and utilization of natural resources.The 3D real scene modeling project includes the whole process from the acquisition of images to the production of 3D real scene.The 3D real scene modeling project has the following characteristics,high impact of uncertainties on project schedule,number of work sequences is large and there is a tight logical relationship,higher difficulty in resource allocation.The Gantt chart progress management method adopted in the current project is difficult to deal with the above problems,and construction period delay phenomenon exists,which increases the project cost of the surveying and mapping company,and has an adverse impact on the subsequent analysis,planning and application based on the 3D real scene.Therefore,it is of practical significance and social value to study the progress management of 3D real scene modeling project.On the basis of sorting out the related research on schedule management at home and abroad,the applicability of the critical chain project management applied to the 3D real scene modeling project is discussed in the light of the characteristics of the 3D real scene modeling project.From macroscopic to specific analysis and summarization of factors affecting the schedule of the 3D real scene modeling project,it is believed that the uncertainty of the impact of too long schedule,the lack of systematic consideration of resource allocation,and the lack of available margin to cope with delays are important factors affecting the project schedule and causing delays.Aiming at the problems existing in the schedule management of 3D real scene modeling project,the objectives of schedule management are defined.Combined with the characteristics of 3D real scene modeling project,the critical chain project management method is applied to the schedule management of 3D real scene modeling project.The critical chain method reduces the redundant safety time by reducing the safety time.Using a systematic perspective to allocate project resources;The setting of buffer in combination with Analytical hierarchy process,weakens the impact of process delay on the overall project schedule.The critical chain schedule management is applied in S project,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by Monte Carlo simulation.Compared with the traditional schedule management method,the critical chain method has the advantage of shortening the project duration.In order to enhance the application effect of the critical chain project management on the project schedule management of 3D real scene modeling project,some suggestions are put forward for surveying and mapping companies to further reduce the influence of human behavior factors on the project schedule,enhance information sharing,and set the construction period early warning mechanism based on buffer consumption.
