As an important section of Longhuai Highway,the power line relocation project of Wengyuan section is an important part of Longhuai highway construction,with the significance can not be ignored.However,due to the instability of the relocation program,the relocation work is limited by the site,the complexity of the pipeline reporting procedures and other issues.Therefore,this paper introduces the critical chain multi project management in the project schedule management,and uses this method to optimize the progress management of the line resettlement project of Wengyuan section of Longhuai Highway.First,this paper discusses the problems in the process of progress management of Wengyuan section of Longhuai highway.After investigation,it is found that the complicated procedure of resettlement,the difficulty of communication and coordination of different subordinate units are problems in the process of pipeline construction.Then,aiming at the problems existing in the progress management in this program,this paper makes a deep research on the progress management of the power transfer project of Wengyuan section of Longhuai Highway to optimization project schedule by cutting the project safety time,solving the resource conflict,identifying the project key chain,buffering settings and other aspects.In eliminating project safety time,using 50 percent probability of process may be completed in time,that is the most optimistic time as the time it takes to process;On identification of key chain,the "earliest arrival time rule(Ear AT)" priority guidelines of parallel algorithms are used to allocate resources to identify key chain;Project on the settings for the size of the buffer,using elastic coefficient method to determine the size of the buffer,resulting in optimal project schedule.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the plan after optimization,controlling the progress of the project through the establishment of the project buffer management mechanism,that is,by establishing a project buffer management alert,set the green light,yellow light,red alert form,compiling project buffer management decision tables,implement flow charts based on buffer management on project progress control.At the same time,the article discusses the optimized project costs.Through the discussion of this article,we found that the key chain technology in the theory and practice is feasible,the future can be in other types of projects to promote the application.
