With the increase of urban population and the continuous improvement of urbanization level in China,high-rise residential areas have become the main form of urban housing construction,and residents’ requirements for comfort of outdoor space environment of high-rise residential areas for daily activities have also gradually improved.At present,in the construction of high-rise residential district in shenyang,to the attention of the high-rise residential outdoor space environment comfort degree is not high,lack of cold region of high-rise residential outdoor space environment research and the design basis,lead to some senior residential outdoor space environment is not comfortable feeling,affect residents’ activity.Therefore,this article through the host and objective investigation and data collection,analysis of high-rise residential outdoor space environment present situation,embarks from the residents’ comfort feeling,analysis of high-rise residential outdoor space environment and the related influence factors are simulated,the high-rise residential outdoor space environment optimization strategy is proposed and optimized design.This article is divided into the following three partsThe first and second chapters elaborate the research background and current research situation at home and abroad,and sort out and analyze the main achievements and shortcomings of the current research on outdoor space environment of high-rise residential communities.Combined with the actual needs of residents,the purpose and significance of the research are put forward.The concept and evaluation standard of outdoor space environment of high-rise residential district are clarified.PMV index is used as a comprehensive evaluation index to collect climatic data of Shenyang and the characteristics and influencing factors of outdoor space environment of high-rise residential district in Shenyang,providing sufficient theoretical support for subsequent research.The third chapter,the actual research part,carries on the field research to Shenyang Baolida Jiangwan District(phase I).The research mainly includes the objective environment data record and the subjective questionnaire survey of outdoor space environment comfort of residents in the community.Objective environmental data include measurements of wind speed,temperature and humidity of outdoor space environment in spring,summer,autumn and winter,as well as records of buildings,green vegetation,water and ground pavement,which constitute elements of outdoor space.The subjective questionnaire survey of outdoor space environment comfort mainly includes the residents’ subjective evaluation of outdoor space environment comfort and the countermeasures taken when the comfort is low.Through objective data recording and subjective questionnaire survey,the existing problems of the outdoor space environment of the community were proposed,and summer and winter were determined as the main research and optimization seasons,and 14:00 PM when residents had more outdoor activities was taken as the representative time of research simulation.Field research can provide data support for subsequent experimental simulation and provide certain reference for subsequent optimization.Chapter four and five,the core research part.In chapter 4,en VI-MET simulation analysis is carried out on Jiangwan City District(Phase I)in Baolida,Shenyang.By comparing measured climate data with simulated data,the accuracy of simulation results is verified and the problems existing in the outdoor space environment of the district are more clearly defined.Adopt the method of control of a single variable,and the vegetation of the outdoor space environment elements respectively afforestation,water bodies,pavement and so on carries on the simulation analysis,has been clear about the different vegetation greening types,vegetation greening combinations,water area size,water setting location,spatial layout,water different pavement material for outdoor space environments,such as wind speed,temperature,Humidity and comprehensive PMV index.In the fifth chapter,the objective and principle of outdoor space environment optimization of high-rise residential district are proposed,and the optimization strategy of outdoor space environment is proposed based on the simulation analysis in the fourth chapter.According to the optimization strategy,the optimization scheme of Baolida Jiangwan City residential area(phase I)is designed,and the optimized scheme is simulated.Subjectively,after optimization,the outdoor space of the residential area can obtain good sun shading,ventilation and feel the coolness of water in summer.In winter,the outdoor space environment of the community can get better sunshine and wind speed.Objectively,after optimization,while maintaining good ventilation in the outdoor space environment of the residential area in summer,the average temperature decreased by 0.34℃,the average humidity increased by 0.91%,and the PMV index decreased by 0.15.In winter,the average wind speed decreased by 0.36m/s,the average temperature increased by 0.19 ℃,and the average PMV increased by 0.09.The feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization scheme were verified by comparing the subjective and objective optimization results with those before optimization.
