Study On Quality Management Evaluation Of A Health Station Project

In recent years,the increasing number of unexpected events makes us more and more urgent construction projects.In order to better protect people’s lives and health,many Chinese cities have chosen to build health stations to accurately respond to the COVID-19 epidemic.Health stations can not only play a positive role in the outbreak,but also be used as medical centers and hotels after the epidemic is over.In addition to structural safety and residential comfort,health stations under the new model should also meet the requirements of epidemic isolation.For the government and the construction unit,it is very important to improve the quality management ability of the health post project and make the structural safety,residential comfort and epidemic prevention properties of the health post meet the relevant requirements on the premise of ensuring the tight construction period.This study selects a typical health station project-A Health Station Project to carry out emergency construction project quality management evaluation case study.A Health Station is an emergency construction project set up by A City according to Chinese laws,regulations and policies,with independent rooms,independent facilities,relatively closed,and special team management,for inbound personnel and those who need to be quarantined in case of epidemic emergencies.The emergency construction project of health station is still in the exploratory stage in our country,and has not formed a complete system,and there is insufficient experience in the aspect of quality management of engineering project.This study takes A Health Station Project as the object,starting from the status and theory of domestic and foreign public emergency management research and construction project quality management and evaluation research,and finds the key and difficult problems in the quality management of A Health Station Project as an emergency construction project.In this study,five factors such as human,material,machine,method and environment are taken as the criterion layer index.Through the analysis of the five indicators combined with the actual situation,16 index layers are determined,and the AHP is used to construct the quality management evaluation index system of A Health Station Project.Using Delphi method to determine the weight of each index,combined with the evaluation system to calculate the comprehensive evaluation score and the score of each index,quality management of A Health Station Project is in "good".According to the weight and score of each index,the problems in the quality management of the project are found out,and targeted suggestions and measures are put forward.This study uses relevant theories and methods to find and solve the practical problems of quality management of emergency construction projects,evaluates the quality management of A Health Station Project,and puts forward specific suggestions and measures.At the same time,it has reference value for quality management and evaluation of similar emergency construction projects in the future.
