| This article takes the construction engineering quality management as the research direction,briefly introduces the background of the construction field in the new stage.This paper expounds the current situation and development situation of domestic and foreign construction engineering quality research,probes into the management and control of construction engineering quality system.Based on the engineering project of the whole process of PJZ125 project,used the PDCA analysis method,we draw the conclusion that "In the stage of planning and construction stage two important quality problems is the core of the project." The two important quality problems need to be solved in engineering design:the first one is design scheme of quantitative comparison,the second one is the site construction quality control.Analysis of scheme selection results quantitatively by using the analytic hierarchy process,quantitative evaluation and selection of scheme,make a scientific basis in the design of different forms of the proposed multi factors judgment standard,solves the selection factors that misjudgment and subjective imaginary problems.On the other hand,in the construction coordination stage,the fuzzy mathematics method is used for quantitative analysis of each control link in the construction stage.On the basis of multi-level problems,the construction quality effect is controlled and analyzed,the construction quality is improved,and the sunken capital of the building is reduced.This paper focuses the establishment of the project and construction project quality system,puts forward the quality system for the whole process of quality management and ISO management as a combination.it also combies with the characteristics of construction management and construction of the management system,which forms a triangle shaped system.In the quality management direction,put forward the three-dimensional quality systematization management mode,make project management a big system. |
