| Subway is a comfortable and convenient mode of transportation in the urban transportation system,which plays a positive role in improving the urban transportation environment and promoting urban development.Harbin Metro Line 3is the only loop line in the planned nine lines and one ring road of Harbin Metro.It is the largest,most difficult,and most socially influential subway project in Heilongjiang Province.The entire section of the Civil Engineering Section B project of Harbin Metro Line 3 has a complex structure,high construction difficulty,poor natural environment,cold winter and long winter break period,and high difficulty in project quality management.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the quality management issues of this project.Therefore,this dissertation delves into the quality management issues of the civil engineering bid B project of Harbin Metro Line 3,in order to propose project quality control plans,implementation suggestions,and guarantee measures,and provide reference for the quality management of similar engineering projects in the future.This dissertation uses research methods such as literature review,analytic hierarchy process,and fuzzy evaluation to explore the quality management issues of the civil engineering B bid project of Harbin Metro Line 3.Firstly,the project overview and current status of project quality management were introduced,and the current situation and existing problems of project quality management were analyzed from five aspects: personnel,machinery,materials,methods,and environment;Afterwards,the literature research method was used to develop project quality evaluation indicators,and the final indicator system for project quality evaluation was determined through expert discussions and on-site interviews.Finally,a project quality management level evaluation system consisting of five dimensions and 19 specific evaluation indicators was obtained;Determine the weight of evaluation indicators through Analytic Hierarchy Process.Based on the evaluation results,combined with the quality management issues and main influencing factors of the civil engineering bid B project of Harbin Metro Line 3,the quality control plan and implementation suggestions for the civil engineering bid B project of Harbin Metro Line 3 are proposed from five aspects:construction personnel,construction machinery and equipment,construction materials,construction methods,and construction environment.Based on the optimization plan,measures for optimizing human resources,machinery and equipment,construction materials,construction methods,and construction environment were developed and implemented.Finally,this dissertation proposes safeguard measures from three aspects:organization,personnel,and technology,with a view to promoting the improvement of the quality management level of Harbin Metro Line 3 Civil Engineering Bid B Project. |
