Research On Engineering Quality Management Evaluation In HY Office Building Project

The quality of construction projects directly affects the functionality and durability of the project.In addition,it more relates to the life and property security of the owner.With the continuous development of China's real estate market,advanced engineering quality has increasingly become one of the most important competitiveness of construction industry.Even though the practice and theoretical research for construction quality has been advancing and exploring.Engineering quality problems could be characterized by multiply factors such as the complexity and systematisms of the project.Thus,it is still necessary to make continuous efforts to explore and study in combination with the actual situation.Further improvement of quality research could be achieved for on the original basis theory.Based on both international and domestic theory of quality management,this thesis would evaluate the project of author experience during the period of graduate studies which is the office building for HY project.Initially,it introduced the implementation process and results of the quality management.According to the five-criterion layer index of quality management factors such as personnel,methods,materials,equipment factors,environmental factors,the research determines the 16-index layer index which contributes to the evaluation system of quality management for HY office building.By using analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and others to calculate the evaluation index system,it is concluded that HY office building project quality management is in the "good" standard.According to the evaluation results,the deficiencies in quality management are revealed and Suggestions for improvement are put forward.Based on the theoretical research and management practice,this thesis constructs the construction project quality management evaluation index system.Not only completes the scientific evaluation of the case project quality management and achieves the research purpose of this paper,but also has a strong reference significance for the future quality management and evaluation of similar engineering projects.
