Research On Evaluation And Selection Of Contractors Of Construction Projects

With the rapid development of China’s construction industry,the competition in the construction industry is becoming more and more fierce.Enterprises need to constantly improve their competitiveness in the market,and some non-core businesses can be outsourced to professional contractors.At present,the influence of contractors on the operation and development of enterprises is increasing.No matter the construction period or the quality of the project,it will have a greater impact on the operation of the construction project.In the context of increasingly fierce market competition and increasingly improved engineering quality requirements,in order to achieve the goal of low cost and high quality,construction project contracting enterprises need to choose the most suitable contractor on the basis of comprehensive consideration of multiple factors.Based on the characteristics of the project at present,the best model is the building engineering construction project contracting of cooperation,but we have to realize that when the contractor selection and evaluation of the project still has many problems,the existence of these problems will be suitable for the rationality of the engineering project evaluation and selection of the contractor to produce adverse effect,will also hinder the construction of a fair and orderly market order,more aggression and endanger national and public interests.In this paper,relevant data are collected based on the background of construction projects,the research status at home and abroad is sorted out,the research content of this paper is proposed,and the research direction of this paper is clarified.Then,this paper introduces the relevant concepts of project contractors and the common evaluation methods of construction project contractors,laying a foundation for the research of this paper.Then,for building engineering construction project contractor evaluation and selection process for analysis of the problems in the existing evaluation indexes in the assessment of the contractor selection unreasonable,unscientific evaluation process and evaluation method selection problem of improper selection process and standard does not exist in the contractor selection process specification,qualification examination conditions is not complete,did not choose to match the enterprise contractors as well as the selection process of misconduct.Secondly,it constructs the evaluation index system of construction project contractors,analyzes the factors affecting the evaluation and selection of contractors,analyzes the factors affecting the evaluation and selection of contractors from the aspects of contractors,the project itself,the contracting enterprises and enterprises,and constructs the evaluation model of construction project contractors based on the analytic hierarchy process.Secondly,taking project A as an example,the ah P was used to evaluate the contractor,and finally the appropriate contractor was selected,which proved the practicability of the method to some extent.Finally,the paper puts forward measures to improve the evaluation and selection of construction project contractors,including constructing contractor review system,perfecting contractor evaluation mechanism,standardizing contractor selection process and strengthening contractor selection ability.Aiming at the existing problems and causes in the evaluation of construction project contractors,this paper selects 15 evaluation indexes that can reflect the strength of construction project contractors based on relevant data,constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system,and proposes improvement measures.It is intended to improve the evaluation and selection ability of construction project contractors,select the best contractors,and ensure the smooth implementation of construction projects,which has certain theoretical basis and practical reference.
