Research On Standardization And Evaluation Of Engineering Project Quality Management

As a pillar industry of national economy,the construction industry has always been a hot issue of concern to the whole society.And the application of standardization will gradually improve the quality management level.Meanwhile,the project is a specific component of the construction industry,which directly determines the quality of the entire industry.So,this thesis takes the engineering project as the research object and conducts research on the standardization and evaluation of the quality management of the project.Firstly,by reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature research and expert field research,this thesis summarizes and analyzes the current status of quality management of engineering projects,and determines the three dimensions of engineering project quality management subject,content and method.This thesis constructs the standardization evaluation index system of engineering project quality management with the standardized quality management of these three dimensions as the first-level index.Secondly,through the selection of the evaluation method,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index weight of the evaluation index system.At the same time,the evaluation index system is applied to practice.Through the questionnaire survey of experts engaged in engineering quality management,the deduction method is used to evaluate the standardization level of current project quality management.Finally,based on the analysis of the evaluation results,the proposed suggestions and measures for the improvement of project management are proposed.The selection of evaluation indicators in this thesis is not only in the theoretical research of literature reading,but also from the expert consultation on engineering quality.Therefore,the research is closer to the practice of quality management of engineering projects,and the standardization level of project quality management can be truly reflected by the results of empirical analysis.The thesis propose targeted recommendations and further promote the standardization construction of the construction industry.
