Substation integrated automation system can effectively monitor the operation condition of the transformer substation,and its monitoring,control and coordination integration solutions,in the power grid of China occupies a more and more important position.The implementation of comprehensive automation transformation of substation will provide important support for ensuring its safe and reliable operation,but also bring convenience to the local society and promote the sustainable development of local regional economy.In order to successfully complete the comprehensive automation transformation of substation,it is necessary to fully understand and master the available resources in the transformation project,and to effectively control the project schedule,and to prevent and control the possible schedule deviation,to ensure that the project can be carried out smoothly in accordance with the schedule plan.This paper takes the schedule management of A substation comprehensive automation transformation project of Y power supply Company as the research object.In the face of Y power supply Company’s subsequent projects started ahead of schedule due to policy changes,the schedule management of the two projects is in conflict,and the schedule of A substation comprehensive automation transformation project needs to be compressed.Firstly,the three-hour estimation method is used to re-estimate the cycle of each process,determine the project critical path,balance the resource conflict between each process and determine the critical chain.Secondly,considering the relative sequence of each process and the construction period of each process,the size of the buffer is calculated scientifically.Finally,the schedule control measures corresponding to the optimized project schedule are further set up to effectively control the implementation of the project schedule,so as to ensure that the project schedule can be completed smoothly according to the plan.The application of critical chain technology in this project makes the schedule management of substation integrated automation transformation project more scientific and effective.Moreover,through the optimal allocation of resources and the protection of buffer zones,the duration of A substation integrated automation transformation project is shortened by 54 days,the conflict between Y power supply Company’s projects is solved,and the project is successfully completed according to the established schedule target.The applicability of critical chain technology in the schedule management of substation comprehensive automation transformation project is further verified,and relevant reference is provided for the same type of substation comprehensive automation transformation project. |
