| With the improvement of the domestic transmission and distribution line network,the transmission and distribution line project gradually shows a shrinking trend.Domestic power construction companies are unable to meet their own needs,have inherent needs to open up foreign markets,and are also actively responding to the country’s "go global" development strategy.Studying foreign power transmission and transformation engineering project management,especially risk management,is conducive to opening up new international markets and enhancing the management capabilities of foreign power transmission and transformation engineering general contracting projects.It also helps to gain a foothold in the international power transmission and transformation market.And guide the deepening and expansion of the international power transmission and transformation project market.Foreign transmission and transformation engineering projects are different from domestic transmission and transformation engineering projects.In view of the fact that all engineering projects are carried out overseas,the human,historical,ethnic,political,and economic environment of the country in which they are located is very different from that in the country.The technical standards implemented by the representatives and the project are also very different from those in China,so there are always some unexpected risks that will directly affect the cost control of the project,and then affect the smooth implementation of the project,which may even lead to the failure of the project.This article takes the implementation of the 500 kV transmission and distribution line project in Sarawak,Malaysia as an example,and combines the local climatic,environmental,economic,political,humanistic history,and management methods of foreign owners in Sarawak,Malaysia to apply project risk management Theory,analysis of project owner’s management risk,design risk,construction risk,material risk and completion risk;and based on risk identification,risk evaluation,and risk control,use various response strategies to effectively and timely conduct risk Avoid or transfer to achieve the purpose of reducing or eliminating risks.In order to more effectively control construction costs and achieve predetermined economic benefits.Through the discussion in this article,the practitioners of foreign transmission and transformation engineering project management can realize the importance and necessity of project risk management research,and at the same time,they can learn from the advanced risk management experience to improve the risk management level of foreign transmission and transformation engineering projects.It has certain practical significance for enterprises to cope with the fierce competition in the foreign transmission and transformation engineering market. |
