The electric power industry is one of the basic industries and public utilities for national economic and social development,which undertakes the key responsibility of supporting the growth of the national economy and meeting the people’s daily needs for electric power.Power transmission and transformation project is a very important part of power system,and its construction is related to the stability and security of power supply.The construction of power transmission and transformation project is one of the largest expenditure items and basic items in power engineering construction,and there are great risks in construction management.STATE GRID Corporation of China is a world-class power grid enterprise,and the research on risk management of power transmission and transformation projects is relatively rare,so the research on it is particularly important.Taking the 110kV Keyuan substation project implemented by Lianyungang Power supply Company as the research sample,this paper analyzes the current situation of 110 k V Keyuan substation transmission and transformation project,and draws lessons from the research results of risk management of power transmission and transformation construction project in academic circles from China and abroad.Create a risk management system in line with its engineering practice.Fourteen small risk factors including technology,management,environment and economy are identified in Keyuan substation.The analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the weight of the first and second index.On this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to establish the corresponding risk evaluation index system and put forward the corresponding risk management enhancement measures.It plays a role in effectively controlling project cost,improving project quality and reliability,ensuring project safety and promoting project sustainable development.Through the research of this project,this paper puts forward a reference strategy for the risk response in the management of the 110 k V power transmission and transformation project in Lianyungang area in the future,and plays a High-quality reference for the improvement of the construction management mode of the national power transmission and transformation project.So as to better serve the economic and social development. |
