| In recent years,China’s auto industry was developed rapidly and became the largest market in world.With the development of the auto industry,the reach and design ability and manufacturing capability of China local suppliers were greatly improved.Multinational component companies were attracted to continuous invest and build factories by Chinese good business environment.Many multinational companies have shifted from simple manufacturing in China to strike root in China,setting the global technology research and development centers in China,in order to rely on their own technological advantages,to obtain a comparative competitive advantage.At the same time,with the rapid development of China’s auto industry,the relevant capabilities of domestic auto parts companies have also been continuously enhanced,and the overall auto parts market competition has become increasingly fierce.With the slowdown of China’s economic growth,automobile sales have declined for three consecutive years,and the technological track has shifted to new energy power.Many domestic traditional auto parts companies are facing fierce market competition,and there have been problems of declining sales and lower profits.For this reason,related enterprises urgently need to find a way to develop.The main business of M automotive component company is highly concentrated in the production and manufacture of traditional fuel vehicle parts.In the face of the increasingly severe market situation,in order to maintain the long-term and sustainable development of the company,so that the company can stably gain a foothold in the market,formulate and follow the market development.A corporate development strategy is necessary.Based on the review,sorting and analysis of relevant domestic and foreign literature,this academic dissertation sorts out and defines relevant concepts and connotations.Through indepth reading and sorting of relevant theories,this academic dissertation summarizes the views of scholars,evaluates the existing research,and analyzes the defects of the current research.At the same time,a well-known domestic auto parts company is selected as the specific research object by case analysis method(hereinafter referred to as M auto Parts Company),a large number of company information is collected,and various kinds of data of M auto internal resources are summarized by interviewing senior executives,managers of various departments and senior employees of the company,as well as interviewing senior people in the auto industry.Through the analysis of the company’s basic situation,existing problems and internal and external environment analysis,and then through the SWOT matrix analysis,internal factor evaluation matrix(IFE)analysis,external factor evaluation matrix(EFE)analysis,Porter’s five forces model and other internal and external environment were analyzed,put forward the company’s development encountered opportunities and challenges,and according to their own advantages to develop development strategy,Give the strategy implementation measures,implementation guarantee and control system,to ensure the realization of corporate strategy.The research purpose of this dissertation is to find a strategy for promoting M automotive component company in line with its own development,in order to accelerate the rapid and healthy development of the M automotive component company market,and to achieve sustainable and stable business development in M automotive component company.It has very important guiding significance and practical significance for other parts and components companies to achieve sustainable and healthy development of their enterprises. |
