Under the current globalization of the world economy and the internationalization of production,trade liberalization has become the mainstream of the times.In order to ensure that E company maintains an absolute market advantage in the competition,it is necessary for E company to maintain clear marketing objectives at all times,so E company’s development strategy research in the new environment is more important.This thesis is mainly based on E company,and conducts investigations on the characteristics and scale of the sanitary ware industry.Finally,it discusses the US marketing strategy and implementation plan of E company.The specific contents are as follows:First of all,this paper introduces the development and current status of the market for sanitary products in the world,including the overall environment and the status quo of the retail market,the influence of consumer preferences and habits on market development,and the well-known international sanitary ware brands.Then,according to the description of the current situation of Company E,the competitiveness of E company sanitary products developed in the US market is analyzed in detail by using SWOT analysis and Porter’s five-force model.It can be seen that although E company has certain conditions to enter the US market,it will face a series of difficulties and challenges.Then,according to the market positioning and brand strategy of E company’s sanitary products in the US market,the strategic policy corresponding to the actual situation of E company is put forward,including centralized strategy,borrowing strategy and international marketing organization strategy.Through the centralized strategy,select the target market,focus on the consumer groups,and strengthen the superior products.The strategy of borrowing is to open a local market through the establishment of a joint venture subsidiary,with the help of local enterprises;and to establish a good cooperative relationship with retailers;to achieve the best brand marketing,establish a good brand image in the industry,and combine the company Actually,we will conscientiously implement the main strategy of E company brand;at the same time,we will make good use of the preferential policies of the country in the “Belt and Road” for foreign trade,and quickly enter E company’s products into foreign markets.For the international marketing mix strategy,it mainly includes the following aspects: price,channel,product and promotion strategies.At the end of this research,the main research is to analyze the specific implementation strategies and problems that E company will enter into the US sanitary ware market.The main contents of the analysis include the product development strategy,the marketing strategy of the target market,The company’s main product expansion plan and sales share target implementation,and finally for the E company bathroom products marketing channel selection and positioning,while the E company is about to enter the US bathroom market,the analysis of marketing risks are discussed in depth.
