The enterprise development strategy is the enterprise realizes own mission and the vision as the premise,in order to occupy the superiority in the intense competition but carries on the long range plan.For auto parts enterprises,the implementation of "made in China 2025" and the national 13 th five-year plan emphasize the energy and transportation of the auto industry,and require higher upgrading and updating of auto parts.A complete vehicle is composed of thousands of parts.The quality of the parts is not only the fundamental factor that affects the quality of the automobile,but also the key factor that restricts the automobile industry.At present,China's auto parts industry is faced with extremely severe test.The competitive environment is increasingly complex and the degree of competition is more intense.Firstly,the added value of the products is low,and it is squeezed by the upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain,so the bargaining space is limited.Secondly,foreign enterprises engaged in the production of spare parts began to flood into the Chinese market and occupied more than 90% of the market share of key spare parts,posing a great threat and challenge to domestic enterprises.Therefore,how to reasonably use and implement the development strategy to enhance the competitive strength of enterprises for domestic auto retail parts enterprises is very important,which is also the main problem they must face at present.Anhui H auto parts co.,ltd.is a local enterprise growing up under the background of both opportunities and challenges.The single differentiation strategy adopted by the company can no longer adapt to the changes of the market environment,which is related to the future development of the company.Based on this,I take Anhui H auto parts co.,ltd.as a case enterprise and analyze its current development strategy,so as to find a feasible development strategy consistent with the development of the enterprise.This article to H auto parts co.,LTD in Anhui as the research object,analyze the company development present situation and development strategy,through internal and external environmental analysis,to find the direction of the development strategy of the company should adjust and specific methods and formulated in conformity with the future economic development of the new strategy,to better adapt to the fierce competition in product and technology,improve the company's core competitiveness,promote sustainable development of the company.Therefore,the first part of this paper focuses on the background,ideas,methods and research status at home and abroad.The second part of the relevant theoretical basis: strategic management theory and development strategy theory are described.The third part analyzes the current strategic status of Anhui H auto parts company and focuses on the internal and external competitive environment of Anhui H auto parts company by using porter's five forces competition model and internal factor evaluation matrix(IFE).The fourth part proposes the selection and formulation of the development strategy of Anhui H auto parts company based on the research of the first three parts.Chapter five puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the development strategy of Anhui H auto parts company.The research in this paper can provide some theoretical guidance and reference significance for Anhui H auto parts company and even peer auto parts enterprises in the selection and implementation of development strategies.
