| Since the 21 st century,China’s support for new energy automotive industry gradually strengthen and development efforts,the current has reached a transformation node in the development of industry.As subsidies for new energy vehicles in 2017 tend to be subsidies for new energy vehicles with high performance and high range,subsidies for new energy vehicles in2019 tend to be subsidies for the construction of charging facilities.The development of China’s new energy vehicle industry has gradually shifted from relying on policy support to responding to market demand,which is also of positive significance for its technological development.As the field of new energy vehicles has reached the transformation node,as a new energy vehicle parts enterprise growing up together with the new energy vehicle charging and distribution technology,it has also ushered in a turning point of its own development and breakthrough.On the basis of previous studies,based on the current industry development direction and current policy environment,this thesis USES PEST model,porter’s five forces model and SWOT model to make an in-depth analysis of the enterprise’s internal and external environment,external competition,internal advantages and the influence of relevant parties.According to the analysis in this thesis,the current new energy automobile industry is developing from policy subsidies to market selection,and subsequent automobile enterprises and customers will pay more attention to product quality and technical feasibility than before.Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the relevant parties,this thesis understands the current internal and external advantages of the enterprise.Combined with the analysis of the internal and external environment and internal advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise,the competitiveness and potential threats of the enterprise were analyzed by ahp and questionnaire survey,and finally the development direction suitable for the enterprise was obtained.Through the above analysis,thedevelopment strategic positioning of the enterprise is obtained,and the choice of four development strategic directions is given,namely,expansion development strategy,reverse development strategy,diversified development strategy and defensive development strategy.Finally choose the direction of the enterprise development strategy is expansion development strategy.After that,the strategy is implemented and implemented from multiple dimensions including strategy,finance,human resources,supply chain capability and R&D strength.Finally,we should ensure our own advantages in research and development,improve the supply chain capability,and establish a sustainable enterprise organizational structure.Based on the management concept,using the related theory of strategic management to enterprise development strategy research,explore the enterprise facing the industry nodes as well as its development limited two questions,how to keep its existing advantages,and continuously improve their own competitiveness.This thesis provides a certain beneficial reference for the management and development of new energy auto parts and even the integrated enterprises of research,production and marketing. |
