Housing occupies an irreplaceable important position in people’s daily necessities,bearing the needs of human physiology,safety and other aspects.However,for the original residence to be demolished due to various reasons such as urban construction,and to move to a new resettlement community,it takes time for people to overcome the psychological and behavioral problems caused by environmental changes.The functional factors of the resettlement community will potentially affect the value of the community itself,and the most obvious aspect is that it will affect the daily life of residents.The construction of the resettlement community determines whether people have a suitable living environment and can enjoy the most convenient daily life services at the minimum cost.This paper uses the value engineering principle to analyze the function cost of the resettlement community.Because the construction of the resettlement community is a project with high investment,high risk and strong technology,it studies the internal relationship between the housing function and cost of the resettlement community,and deduces the redundant cost by removing unnecessary functions,so as to achieve a win-win result of housing value and cost matching,and improve the housing value,Thus,both the resettled people and the developers have obtained the greatest economic benefits.As far as the resettlement of the masses is concerned,the resettlement community can enable the masses to enjoy the most convenient life and alleviate the anxiety caused by the change of living environment;As far as developers are concerned,the houses built can save costs,improve the efficiency of housing construction,save social resources,and bring rich economic returns.At the same time,using scientific and effective methods to analyze the functional cost of housing is not only conducive to coordinating the relationship between human,nature and society,promoting the harmonious development of human,nature and society,but also can reduce the waste of resources.Therefore,only by realizing the perfect unity of the function and cost of housing can we build a beautiful contemporary China.Based on the value engineering theory,this paper constructs the functional factor index system and cost factor index system of the resettlement community.The functional factor indicator system includes 5 first level indicators,21 second level indicators and 66 third level indicators.Using the analytic hierarchy process,the paper evaluates the functional factors of the resettlement community in X County,and solves the problem of ranking the importance of the functional factors.The evaluation results are of great guiding significance and reference value to the government,contractors and resettled residents.This paper studies the value of resettlement community by combining AHP and value engineering principles with three resettlement community projects in X County.The purpose of this is to match the function and cost of the house and save social resources.The value analysis of the resettlement community has certain practical significance and application value,but because the above evaluation methods have certain complexity,it is necessary to improve and perfect the specific evaluation methods of various indicators according to the actual situation to create a suitable "human place".Figure [4]Table[26]Reference [55]...
