Study On Design Managent Of The Resettlement Housing Project In Hang Zhou City

With the accelerating process of urbanization, the construction of the resettlement housing acted as the welfare-oriented housing is developing rapidly, the scale of the resettlement housing is also expanding remarkably. In the course of construction, the importance of design management is becoming more and more manifest. To strengthen the management of design can effectively shorten the construction period, ensure project quality, reduce the project contract-issuing price, and improve the function and the use value of the project.In view of the study on resettlement housing project design management is not systematic and lack of quantitative analysis of the design management and the quality. The exploratory study of some related contents about resettlement housing project of Hangzhou has been analyzed in this paper. The main conclusions are summarized as follows:1. Based on the concept and classification of design and design management, the characteristics of resettlement housing project design are summarized, the resettlement housing project design and design management relationships and the resettlement housing project design management principles are pointed out in the paper.2. The resettlement housing project design management department organizational structure of the status quo is analyzed and classified. The resettlement housing project design management organizational structure is influenced by the factors of construction project characteristics, project management system and resettlement households, and then the resettlement housing project design management organization construction, the determination of project objectives and work content are further analyzed.3. The key points of management on which should be lay emphasis in the process control are manifested.5. According to the method of the Analytic Hierarchy Process, an evaluation model of resettlement housing project design achievement are constructed in this paper, the weights of the design achievement content is analyzed and calculated, and a certain village resettlement housing project architecture program in Hangzhou city is illustrated as an example. The Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation combination of qualitative and quantitative which method is applicable to evaluate the achievement of the design are concluded in this paper.
