| In the age of next-generation Information technology,with the development of technology,the organizational form has changed from the traditional vertical hierarchical organization to the current open organization,and the platform organization has emerged.As a typical case of platform organization change,Haier Group is the best practitioner of platform organization change.In the process of group platform organization reform,Haier Group’s organizational model has become a new organizational model formed by many makers,small and micro companies,and sub platforms,and also produced innovative practices such as "gathering and scattering according to the single","gambling agreement" and "combination of person and single pay",which have brought a huge impact on Haier Group’s performance appraisal methods.This paper takes the platform organization reform of Haier Group in the age of next-generation Information technology as the research background,takes the performance appraisal system of Haier Group’s small and micro companies as the research object,and uses the research method of combining theoretical research and case analysis to analyze the "two dimensional dot chart" performance appraisal tool of Haier group’s small and micro companies.It is found that: through the two dimensional dot chart + gambling agreement performance appraisal system,Haier has achieved the goal It shows an effective balance between decentralization and control of the group.As an evaluation tool of performance system,two dimensional dot chart highlights the continuous user value creation of the enterprise,so that both sides of the evaluation participants attach importance to the evaluation results.The performance evaluation system based on the results makes the salary directly related to the value contribution rate of the evaluation participants,activates the subjective initiative of small and micro companies and makers,and realizes multi-objective evaluation Both sides are symbiotic and win-win.As an advanced representative of platform organization reform,Haier’s performance appraisal system can provide reference for other platform enterprises in China. |
