| Performance appraisal is the process and way of an enterprise to use a kind of standards and indicators to evaluate the business performance of the company under the established strategic objectives to positively guide the future work of the company.Performance appraisal can strengthen the management,service and supervision ability of each department,better serve the company’s development strategy,ensure the completion of annual operation and management tasks,and comprehensively improve the development quality and efficiency of the company.At present,the "double carbon" goal has triggered a new round of energy revolution,and the competition in the clean energy investment market has become more and more fierce.SX company,whose main business is international clean energy investment,needs to consider how to improve its business analysis ability.At the level of rational competition analysis,through in-depth analysis and mining of key performance indicators,SX company needs to provide strong market decision support to the leadership,so as to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Key performance indicators are a powerful reflection that clearly affect the realization of the company’s strategic objectives.So that the company’s management can find out the crux in time and make corresponding effective countermeasures,which can continuously improve the value of the enterprise.This paper analyze the application status of SX company’s performance appraisal from five aspects: indicator design,target value setting,appraisal procedure,evaluation mechanism and result application,deeply explore the problems existing in the application of SX company’s performance appraisal,and further analyze the main causes of problems in the performance appraisal system in combination with cases.According to the research,this paper concludes that the performance appraisal of SX company mainly has the following problems:(1)The target value of performance appraisal is divorced from the reality;(2)The implementation of performance appraisal objectives deviates from expectations;(3)The recognition of performance appraisal methods is low;(4)Performance evaluation results have not been used effectively.The causes of SX company’s performance appraisal problems are that the determination of target value is not effectively combined with the budget,lack of efforts to urge the realization of performance appraisal objectives,unreasonable rules and procedures.In view of the problems,this paper puts forward four suggestions to improve the performance appraisal system of SX company: clarifying the declaration and determination requirements of the performance appraisal target value of SX company,dynamically tracking and analyzing the implementation of the performance appraisal target of SX company,improving the review process of the performance appraisal method of SX company.This paper shows a positive reference significance for exploring the core competitiveness and performance management level of power investment enterprises,coping with the competitive pressure brought by the market-oriented reform of power investment,and promoting the reform and development of power investment enterprises. |
