Q highway co.,LTD is mainly engaged in highway,Bridges and other transportation infrastructure investment,operation and management.With the establishment of the company diversified development strategy and implementation,a more perfect,efficient,scientific and advanced performance evaluation system which is the key to the sustainable development of enterprises will be build under the the increasingly fierce market competition conditionsBy the research of the current performance system according to the Q co.,LTD,the paper puts forward some scientific comprehensive and feasible performance appraisal and evaluation system about toll highway.,which will improve the efficiency of operation,reduce costs,enhance service quality and improve staff quality.Based on modern performance evaluation theory,the paper in view of the basic situation of shandong highway toll station Q company subordinates and the management operation present situation,analyzing the present situation and problems of performance appraisal and evaluation,and combining with the needs of the hierarchy theory as a foundation,following the fairness and operability,differentiation,and quantifies the qualitative performance appraisal design principles,By the methods of the objectives and KPI assessment technology,the paper designed a line of personnel performance evaluation index system for Q road co.,LTD.,and evaluated the effect and expectation in the future.The design of the key performance indicators evaluation system will strive to change the formal assessment and avoid the limitations of the assessment results of the status quo.And it will be also benefit in the realization of the enterprise strategic target,in the improvement of staff's enthusiasm,administrative execution and corporate performance.It will play vital roles in decision making and higher levels of overall operations management.
