After nearly 20 years of enterprise management practice,State Grid ty power supply company has constantly adapted to the market competition environment,focused on improving enterprise performance,made great efforts to play its own characteristics and advantages,consolidated and developed the service scope,and made remarkable achievements in all aspects.However,with the continuous reform of national power management system,the gradual opening of electricity price game and supplier selection mechanism,the weakening or even breaking of regional monopoly,the increasingly fierce market competition,ty power supply companies are facing great pressure and challenges.At the same time of actively responding to the changes of policy environment,it is an urgent key problem for ty power supply company to optimize the performance appraisal system and further improve the quality and efficiency from the perspective of internal management.On the basis of summarizing the current research situation and performance management theory in related fields at home and abroad,this paper defines the meaning of performance,enterprise performance,perforance management and performance appraisal,and comprehensively analyzes ty from the aspects of performance appraisal target formulation and analysis,appraisal index determination,appraisal subject,performance appraisal and communication,etc.by using the methods of theoretical analysis,on-site interview and questionnaire survey The current situation,existing problems and reasons of performance appraisal of power supply company;the principle of optimizing the design of performance appraisal system of ty power supply company is put forward,which distinguishes the functions,business departments and front-line employees,from the aspects of the refinement of appraisal subject,the decomposition of various appraisal indexes,the determination of appraisal score,the refinement of appraisal methods,the fulfillment of appraisal results,the determination of work role coefficient,and the establishment of standard score base,This paper puts forward the optimized design scheme of performance appraisal system of ty power supply company,and puts forward the Countermeasures for the implementation of the scheme in combination with the actual situation of ty power suppany company,including:strengthening publicity and education,establishing correct concepts,optimizing examination and employment organization,clarifying responsibility,power and obligation,strengthening evaluation communication,ensuring fairness and transparency,improving the effectiveness,playing a guiding role,improving the system,ensuring seriousness and strengthening Organize and lead to ensure smooth progress.
