At present, the comprehensive implementation of China’s rural revitalization strategy is conducive to further promoting the quality and upgrading of rural tourism. As a special category of rural villages, scenic area-dependent villages are more influenced by scenic area development, and the key issue to be solved is how to deal with the interactive development of scenic areas.Actor Network Theory means that in the same scientific practice and social context, social activities are completed by human and non-human actors interacting with each other to form a heterogeneous network. The theory has been applied with increasing frequency in the study of rural and rural tourism development in China and can provide a new approach to explain the development of scenic-dependent villages.Based on this paper,a relevant study is conducted.First, the current development status of scenic-dependent villages in China is summarized, and it is found that such villages mainly face problems such as insufficient development of endogenous dynamics, lack of tourism service functions, lagging infrastructure construction, and homogeneous competition of villages.Secondly, the formation and development of Actor Network Theory and its core contents are analyzed, and the feasibility of its application to the study of scenic-dependent villages is discussed.Thirdly,as the focus of this paper, the actor network of scenic-dependent villages is constructed. It includes the division of construction stages, the composition of actors, and other related contents. It is found that, with the change of actors, the social relationship of scenic-dependent villages changes, which causes the change of social space accordingly, and there is a high synergy between the two.At the same time, the development path is elaborated from various aspects such as the diverse symbiosis of the scenic villages, the alliance of actors’ interests, industrial development, and spatial development.Fourth, taking the villages around the scenic area of Shexiang Window in Jingning She Autonomous County(Dajun Village and Li Bao Village)as an example, through the interpretation of their development profiles and development histories, and using Actor Network Theory as an analytical tool,we construct the actor networks of Dajun Village and Li Bao Village respectively, analyze the translation process of Dajun Village and Li Bao Village in terms of problem presentation, forced passage points, benefit empowerment, recruitment and mobilization, and elaborate the two villages’ The study shows that: the closer the villages are to the scenic area, the faster the turnover of actors and the stronger the dependency relationship with the scenic area;with the continuous advancement and retreat of actors and the translation of interest alliance goals, the actors have different effects on the spatial development of the villages;human actors are the main factors influencing the spatial carriers and non-human actors are the main factors of social relationship Human actors are the main factors influencing spatial carriers, and non-human actors are the main factors of social relations transformation. Finally,we propose specific development paths for Li Bao Village and Dajun Village, including the following three aspects: the development path of "uniting interests and stabilizing structure" of the actor alliance;the industrial development path of "integrating agriculture and tourism and uniting scenic villages";and the development path of "reconfiguring functions and uniting scenic villages".The spatial development path of "reconstructing functions and linking scenic villages".By translating and reconstructing the actors of heterogeneous network structure, the paper fully explores and optimizes the resource value of the whole system of scenic villages in the hope of providing new ideas for the development of such villages.
