| The rural revitalization strategy is a major national strategy proposed by Comrade Xi Jinping at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It is a fundamental means to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,comprehensively enhance rural vitality,and curb their decline.As the carrier of inheritance of farming civilization,the protection and development of traditional villages should not only continue traditional culture,but also meet people’s needs for a better life.In the context of the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy,problems such as the lack of vitality of traditional villages,industrial decline,and dysfunction need to be solved urgently.Stimulating the vitality of traditional villages is an effective way to realize the protection and sustainable development of traditional villages at present.First of all,based on the heritage activation theory and rural revitalization strategy,this paper constructed the activation identification framework of traditional villages through literature induction and sorting.Based on this,the evaluation system of village environmental construction and coordination degree,economic and industrial development and upgrading degree,social vitality development and upgrading degree,cultural memory protection and inheritance degree,system perfection and management effectiveness degree and traditional village activation model are further established to measure the activation level of traditional villages.Secondly,an empirical analysis is made on 124 traditional villages in 1-4 batches in the cultural core area of Hui.Ahp and factor analysis are used to determine the weight of each indicator,and the activation level and ranking of traditional villages are obtained.Based on this,SPSS clustering and coupling coordination degree model were used to classify traditional villages in hui cultural core area.The results show that:（1）The overall difference of activation level of 1-4 batches of traditional villages in hui cultural core area is significant.The difference of economic and industrial development and upgrading degree is the largest,and the difference of cultural memory and inheritance degree is the smallest.（2）The 124 traditional villages in hui cultural core area were divided into four types and five types.The four types were highly activated,composite activated,single activated and inactivated.The five types are construction coordination type,industrial development type,social development type,cultural characteristics type and effective management type respectively.Finally,specific activation paths are proposed for different types of traditional villages.It is suggested to build coordinated traditional villages and revitalize idle resources of villages for coordinated regional development.It is suggested that traditional villages with industrial development should strengthen the development of characteristic industries and promote the integration of diversified industries.It is suggested to improve residents’ living environment and build community community in the traditional village of social coordination.It is suggested that the traditional villages with cultural characteristics should improve the cultural inheritance environment and realize the transformation of cultural resource value.It is suggested to improve the system and mechanism management regulations and promote the collaborative governance of multiple organizations.In this paper,under the background of rural revitalization strategy,through the traditional village activation level measurement and classification,realize the traditional village classification activation,further improve the level of hui culture core traditional village activation and narrow the gap between regions,for the traditional village classification,offer reference for the protection and the activation for regional protection and activation plays the role of traditional village.Figure [33] table [38] reference [103]... |
