Construction Path Of Village Scenic Area Under The Direction Of Rural Vitalization Strategy

With the development of China’s economy,the main contradiction of our society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and the development of unbalanced development.The uneven development of urban and rural areas and the relative lag of rural development are important manifestations of major social contradictions.In October2017,the “National Revitalization Strategy” proposed by the 19 th Party Congress marked the revitalization of the countryside as the focus of the next work in China.Rural tourism is a new driving force for rural development in recent years,how to use rural tourism to revitalize rural development is Current issue.Lin’an District of Hangzhou has started its rural planning earlier and has gained more experience and achievements.In March 2017,Lin’an District proposed to build village scenic area,aim to explore the transformation and upgrading path of beautiful villages.Therefore,exploring the planning strategy for village scenic areas under the guidance of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important way to solve the bottleneck of rural construction in Lin’an,guide the construction of village scenic areas,and promote the development of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Based on the Rural Revitalization Strategy,this paper studies the methods of literature research,theoretical analysis,field research and case empirical research.Firstly,through the literature theory deduction,summarizes the concept definitions and feature types of the village scenic spots,analyzes the problems existing in the current village scenic areas.Analysis the connotation of villages under the guidance of Rural Revitalization Strategy,and propose the planning strategy of villages under the guidance of Rural Revitalization Strategy,in order to help the development of rural areas in Lin’an,and provide reference for the same type of villages.This paper contains five parts:(1)Combining the literature comprehensive analysis and relevant theoretical derivation,analyzing the current problems and trends of urban and rural planning,rural construction and rural tourism development,on this basis,propose and clearly define the definition,characteristics and types of "village scenic area" and outline a clear cognitive system for readers;(2)Through the field investigation,analyze the development trend of rural planning in Lin’an,summarize the current merits of the construction of village scenic areas,and analyze the problems in the village scenic areas;(3)By using Delphi method,through literature review and revelent standards review,constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of Village Scenic Areas planning under the RuralRevitalization,using AHP method to analyze the weight of each index,and obtain the emphasis of Village Scenic Area planning under the Rural Revitalization,and provide evaluation system support for the planning strategy;(4)Combining the Rural Revitalization Strategy,distinguishing the connotation of the village scenic area under the direction of Rural Revitalization,based on this,constructing the planning strategy of the village scenic area,and summarizing the planing mode of village scenic areas under the guidance of Rural Revitalization Strategy;(5)Based on the previous research results,apply the planning strategy and model to the actual project of the village scenic area,and verify the feasibility of the planning strategy and model.In general,the essence of the village scenic area is guided by Rural Revitalization,with rural tourism as the starting point,coordinate the construction of the village and the scenic spots,fully absorb the power of the government,social capital,and the main body of the villagers.To solve the bottleneck of rural development,build a new rural development model that is conducive to the modernization of rural areas and eliminate the urban-rural dual structure,in order to achieve the ultimate goal of rural revitalization and development.
