The Research On The Planning Of “Villages In Urban And Scenic Area” For The Perspective Of Nostalgia Continuation

The village is the ancient dwelling mode of human beings,in the era of urbanization,rural areas have more prominent special value of existence.There is a high degree of internal connection between countryside and landscape,the development of mankind for thousands of years has never left the landscape.Nostalgia,as a human spiritual emotion,has been accompanied by rural development.Based on this background,combined with the planning course opportunity of dongtou village in east lake scenic area,it cause the key problems about how to develop and plan the village in urban and scenic area.This paper takes "villages in urban and scenic area" as the research object,and makes a comprehensive study on the guiding ideology and planning theory of this kind of special rural development.First,it is pointed out that "villages in urban and scenic area" is a village located in the inner part of the urban area or the edge of the urban area,and also in the inner part of the scenic spot,analyzed the uncoordinated external problems of "Urban-scenic-rural area" and the internal problems of "Production-living-ecological space" about the village in urban and scenic area.Second,through the interpretation of the nostalgia elements of rural material space and humanistic spirit,confirmed that "villages in urban and scenic area" has the unique advantage of continuing nostalgia,put forward the planning ideology of "Nostalgia" to guide the village development in urban and scenic area.In this theory,the author took nostalgia leading,internal and external coordination as the principle,put forward the endogenous planning theory of "Urban-scenic-rural area" coordination,which is based on space interaction,landscape coordination,resource sharing and management,at the same time,on the path of "reservation-construction-implantation",Through landscape restoration of village ecological space,experiential construction of village production space and compatibility display of village living space to realized the external planning theory of mutual infiltration and integration of "Production-living-ecological space".Finally,returned to the origin of this study,The planning practice of dongtou village in east lake scenic area has achieved good results.The research on planning theories of "villages in urban and scenic area " for the perspective of nostalgia continuation which integrated into the ideological guidance of "nostalgia" in planning and jumped out of the single rural limitations.From the inside to the outside,it not only coordinates the village relationship of "Urban-scenic-rural area",but also promotes the integration of "Production-living-ecological space" of the village.It provides a reference and important guiding significance for the future planning and development of "villages in urban and scenic area".
