With the continuous development of society,human resources play an increasingly important role in the process of enterprise development.Both the grass-roots and the management pay attention to the cultivation of personnel quality.The state-owned enterprise is an important pillar of China’s economic development.In the process of the development of the state-owned enterprise,whether the personal development goals of the employees can be consistent with the business objectives of the enterprise,and whether the employees are willing to work together with the development of the enterprise have become one of the parameters to evaluate the level of the state-owned enterprise.At present,the personnel training of state-owned enterprises mostly focuses on post skills,clean government style and staff ideological education and training,but this kind of training is lack of personalization,which is not conducive to the employees to play their personal strengths and form a unique competitiveness.Therefore,in this context,state-owned enterprises need to constantly optimize their own staff training system,especially the management training system,to provide more opportunities for the development of the company.This paper takes SH company as an example to optimize the company’s management personnel training system based on the refined management theory.Firstly,the relevant theories of refined management and training management as well as the research status at home and abroad are sorted out by means of literature review,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Then the current situation of SH company’s management training system is summarized.On this basis,questionnaire survey and interview method are used to further investigate the company’s internal personnel,and the current situation of SH company’s management personnel training system is analyzed to clarify the existing problems.It is found that SH company’s management personnel There are deficiencies in the training system in terms of training process,training content,training teacher system and training needs analysis.In response to the above problems,based on the refined management,the SH Company management personnel training system optimization plan is proposed,the process and significance of the refined management are clarified,and the optimization ideas and principles are put forward.Finally,based on this,five optimization countermeasures and guarantee measures for optimization measures are proposed,namely,establishing a reasonable organization,establishing a training linkage mechanism,improving the training management mechanism,and improving the employee training and promotion mechanism.The research of this paper is expected to have theoretical value and practical significance for SH company’s management personnel training system,and at the same time,it has reference significance for the establishment of the same industry personnel training system.
