| Chinese economy and society welcome new development opportunities in the constantly accelerating reform spring tide state-owned enterprises as the main carrier of national economy inevitably face the urgent need to deepen reform and innovation transformation.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that "talent is the first resource".Talent is not only an important support for comprehensively building a modern socialist country,but also a core element of enterprise development.As an indispensable force in the talent echelon,the leadership level of middle managers determines the effect of strategy implementation.Improving middle management leadership is critical.Company D selected in this thesis is a state-owned enterprise in the new period of comprehensive deepening reform,and the leadership level of middle managers directly affects the future development of the company.In this thesis,literature review,interview,questionnaire,statistical analysis and other research methods are comprehensively used.Based on relevant theories of leadership and the five forces model of leadership,the questionnaire and interview outline of this thesis are designed.The present situation of middle management leadership in D company is analyzed by descriptive statistics,and the existing problems of middle management leadership in D Company are pointed out.In-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,and finally put forward the specific ideas and plans to improve the leadership of middle managers in D company.This thesis consists of seven chapters.The research in this thesis can effectively improve the leadership of middle managers in Company D and provide certain reference for the leadership promotion of middle managers in other state-owned enterprises. |
