At present,because human resources can determine the height of the core competitiveness of a company as the source of corporate intelligence,many companies attach great importance to the quality construction of human resources.To continuously improve the quality of talents,staff training is a good way to promote the quality of employees,which has been highly valued by many enterprises.Although many enterprises have strengthened their investment in training,and although there are various contents and methods of employee training,the evaluation of the training effect is not enough,which affects the enthusiasm of employee training and the training effect has not been effectively transformed.Establish an effective and appropriate training evaluation system and assess its effectiveness.E state-owned enterprises have established their own educational effect evaluation system,but there is still a lack of systematic and single evaluation method for educational effect evaluation,and the effect evaluation lacks dynamism and continuity,leading to inaccurate training evaluation results.In view of this,we need to carry out optimization research on the training effect evaluation system of E state-owned enterprises.In this paper,literature review,case analysis and questionnaire survey will be adopted to optimize the training effect evaluation system of E state-owned enterprises.This study is divided into several parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly discussing the research background,purpose,significance,content,background and method.The second part is an overview of the theoretical basis and relevant studies.It describes the basic theory of training effect evaluation and the overview of relevant studies,which lays a theoretical foundation for this study.The third part is the analysis of the status quo and problems of E state-owned enterprise employee training effect evaluation.Firstly,the general situation of the enterprise is introduced,then the current situation of the staff training effect evaluation is analyzed,and the existing problems of the current training effect evaluation are pointed out.The fourth part is to optimize the evaluation of the training effect of the existing employees in State-owned Enterprise E.Firstly,the optimization principles are determined,then the optimized plan is pointed out,and then the countermeasures for the optimization of evaluation indicators at all levels are pointed out,and the case analysis is carried out.The fifth part is the guarantee mechanism of E state-owned enterprise employee training effect evaluation,which is divided into three types: organizational guarantee,resource guarantee and mechanism guarantee.In addition,it describes the prospect of future research directions.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide countermeasures and guidance for E state-owned enterprises to optimize the staff training effect evaluation system.
