State-owned enterprises are the key pillar of the domestic economy and are indispensable for ensuring the healthy development of the economy and society.With the rapid progress of economic globalization,state-owned enterprises have undergone major changes due to the environment they are facing,and are under more and more pressure,and There are some problems in the training of strategic human resources.Therefore,it is of great significance and value to analyze and study the strategic human resources training of state-owned enterprises,which is helpful to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper focuses on the research of human resource training in state-owned enterprises,first,a brief introduction to the current human resource management in state-owned enterprises,and then reading and reviewing domestic and foreign research documents related to human resource management of state-owned enterprises.After that,the concepts related to human resource training are introduced,and the content of expectation theory,goal setting theory and incentive reinforcement theory are explained in detail.This paper takes C state-owned enterprise as the object for case analysis,and conducts a questionnaire survey centered on strategic human resource management and training.And try to find state-owned enterprise C there are a series of problems in training culture,training management,new job management,curriculum development and other work links;finally,according to the existing problems,targeted suggestions for improvement of human resources training in C state-owned enterprises are put forward.For C state-owned enterprise,it is necessary to consider raising human resource training to a strategic height,reserve human resources for the development of the enterprise,and promote the achievement of its strategic goals. |
