| As a light wall wrapping the periphery of the main building,the curtain wall can not only meet the appearance needs of the building,but also meet the functional needs of the public,such as energy conservation,comfort and so on.As early as the early1850 s,London has stepped into the era of architectural curtain wall.However,the domestic development is relatively late.China has been in contact with building curtain walls since 1980 s,but has achieved the rapid development of building curtain wall technology in the past three decades.Building information modeling(BIM)is strongly supported by national policies with new thinking and versatility,which makes lots of curtain wall design units,construction units and owners pay more and more attention to the application of BIM Technology in building curtain wall engineering and the accompanying reform in engineering design and construction management.However,the application of BIM technology by domestic building curtain wall design and construction units is still in the development stage,and the traditional architectural design,construction and management thinking has not been completely changed.By analyzing the concept,characteristics,development status at home and abroad of BIM technology and its application in building curtain wall projects,exploring the problems exposed in the design and construction process of traditional building curtain walls in China,it can be verified that BIM technology can be used to effectively solve practical engineering problems in every stage of building curtain wall construction,and BIM technology is an important means to promote technological innovation and industry development of building curtain walls in China in the future.Combined with the curtain wall project of a terminal building,this paper uses BIM technology to parametric design,site construction,final acceptance and later operation and maintenance management of the building curtain wall project.It is found that BIM technology plays an important role in the project construction organization and management,schedule and cost control,and well solves the problems of the connection between design and construction and the optimization of construction scheme.According to the application effect of BIM technology in various stages of the curtain wall project of the airport terminal building,the feasibility and application potential of BIM technology in the building curtain wall project are more strongly confirmed.The application of BIM technology in the parametric design and construction management of building curtain wall project will promote the overall development of building curtain wall construction and management technology... |
