Research On Construction Risk Management Of The Curtain Wall Project In Supertall Buildings

With the rapid development of China's economy,the construction industry has become increasingly prosperous.The rate of city's expansion continues to climb.The super high-rise buildings have come out one after another,at the same time the curtain wall industry has also risen.There are more and more constructions.With the increasing building heights,design processes are becoming more and more complex and the difficulty of construction are increasing.The number of uncertainties in which constructions of high-rise buildings faced has suddenly increased,resulting in many unanticipated security incidents.All these matters has put the risk management into an more important role in the construction of curtain wall.For the contractors,the deeper the study of risk management is,the more scientific decision-making is,thereby the probability of security incidents are reduced and the bad consequences and looses are avoided.So it is necessary to conduct risk management research on the construction of curtain wall in super high-rise building.First of all,the status of domestic and foreign studies on construction risk theory of curtain wall in super high-rise projects is analyzed according to the characteristics of risk management of super high-rise buildings and the study of domestic and foreign literature.The definition and characteristics of super high-rise buildings are introduced systematically and some of the current issues concerning risk management in the construction of super high-rise buildings are analyzed from the perspective of the curtain wall contractor.Secondly,the risk management index system for construction of curtain wall on super high-rise building and related risk factors are constructed on the basis of studying the theory of risk management for the construction of super high-rise buildings.Then the risk management evaluation model is established based on the evaluation ideas and contents of the risk management of curtain wall engineering of high-rise building,also with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the AHP.The risk management strategy is proposed according to the actual construction of project.Finally,the risk rating of the project is comprehensively evaluated with an actual project and the suggestions are put forward to improve the risk prevention and control capabilities of the contractor.This successful combination of risk management theory and practice has brought positive significance for the future of risk management of curtain wall constructions on super high-rise buildings.The target of this study on construction risk management of the curtain wall project in super high-rise buildings is to help the contractor of curtain wall construction to enhance the risk management capability,reduce the impact of risk events on the project operations and improve the management efficiency and profit of enterprise.
