Building curtain wall has wind-proof,heat preservation,heat insulation and beautiful decoration functions,which can be seen everywhere in cities,especially in high-rise buildings.However,while the building curtain wall is widely used,there are also a series of problems in the process of curtain wall construction,such as construction period,quality,cost and construction safety.At the same time,"lean construction" mode has been popularized and applied at home and abroad,and has achieved effective results.Therefore,based on the successful experience of the application of lean construction in engineering projects,this thesis discusses the lean construction management of curtain walls of high-rise buildings.The research was carried out on the basis of literature research and field investigation data collection.According to the characteristics of curtain wall construction,this thesis applies the technique of lean construction to curtain wall construction management.Taking the curtain wall project of J County People’s Hospital as an example,this thesis discusses the ways and measures to improve the construction period,quality,cost and safety management.In the construction period management,on the basis of the original general contracting construction schedule,the time is allocated to different construction teams,and the working time and contents are determined through consultation between the project manager and the construction team leader,which embodies the idea of "pull" production and makes the improved construction schedule closer to the actual situation.And feasible suggestions from the aspects of personnel,materials and machinery are put forward to ensure the continuous construction of the project on time;In the quality management,this thesis adds the quality control when the material enters the site,and improves the original quality assurance system.Total quality management of curtain wall construction is carried out by dividing all quality responsible persons and setting quality control points from construction preparation stage,construction stage and inspection and acceptance stage.In the cost management,the value engineering method is used to comprehensively consider the selection of hanging basket rental companies.Activitybased costing method is used to analyze the process of wasting cost,and the method of finding the non-value-added process is put forward for the management personnel of construction site;In the safety management,it is proposed to improve the safety guarantee system by strengthening the supervision of external personnel.By combining expert scoring method with analytic hierarchy process,this thesis analyzes the influencing factors of curtain wall safety construction,and concludes that personnel is the main factor affecting curtain wall safety construction,and then the corresponding safety management measures are put forward according to the safety influencing factors.The research results of this thesis can provide a feasible management mode for the management personnel of curtain wall construction site,and provide a useful reference for the follow-up study of construction management of building curtain wall. |
