| With the rapid development of the construction industry,as well as the country’s increasing demand for building energy efficiency and appearance,curtain wall has been widely used,due to the characteristics of energy saving,beautiful,and convenient installation.But for the core part of curtain wall-curtain wall construction drawing design,there are many quality problems.Such as,the feasibility of the design scheme can’t be fully tested,site management can’t fully understand technical clarification,it isn’t comprehensive enough to checking the drawings,it isn’t reviewed timely and carefully,there is much ineffective communication,and so on.At the beginning of this thesis,on the one hand,though these are summarized which are the research background and significance,literature review,research methods and research contents,on the other hand,based on the work experience and literature review,the author summarizes some common factors that affect the quality management of curtain wall construction drawing design,which lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the following paper.Then,comparative analysis of Project A,because the southern part of Project A adopts the traditional design patten,while the northern part adopts the BIM design model that is also called forward design.Firstly,through the questionnaire survey,the factors were obtained which affected the quality management of the curtain wall construction drawing design in the southern district,and then it is concluded that the data can be used for factor analysis,by analyzing the reliability and validity of the data.Then by using the method,the main influencing factors are selected,that is,technical management,checking drawing management,review drawing management,communication management.Secondly,analyze the causes of these factors,and then,this design pattern began to be analyzed that is called BIM curtain wall construction drawing design,which is used for the north area.It is concluded that this design patterns can improve the quality of curtain wall construction drawing design from the above four aspects.Finally,the two design modes are evaluated from the control effect of technical measures,the control effect of economic measures and the completion effect of the project.Through the effect evaluation,it is found that the BIM design method better improves the quality design of curtain wall construction drawing design and the quality of the project.Finally,this paper puts forward some viewpoints on the difficulties which are encountered in promoting the BIM design patterns,and looks forward to the application of BIM design patterns in other aspects.Although Project A is an individual case among many curtain wall construction drawing design projects,this paper hopes that the more scientific and rigorous conclusions can be used for reference by other projects. |
