| Retail pharmacies,as the suppliers of grassroots medical resources for drugs,medical devices,and health services,are an important component of the field of medicine,health,and wellness.At present,with the promulgation of the Notice on Further Optimizing the Implementation of the COVID-19 Prevention and Control Measures,the epidemic prevention and control policies in various regions have been gradually relaxed,and the focus of epidemic prevention and control has gradually shifted from the original "infection prevention and control" to "medical treatment".In the post epidemic era,facing a surge in the number of infected individuals in society,an increase in home treatment patients,and an increase in hospital infection risk,how to improve the efficiency of drug supply and meet the health needs of residents have become urgent practical problems to be solved.Retail pharmacies have the advantages of wide distribution,high degree of marketization,and flexible and diverse service modes.They play an important and positive role in improving the accessibility of drugs,providing health advisory services,and helping residents prevent and treat the COVID-19 epidemic.Therefore,this paper takes the retail pharmacies in Licheng District of Jinan City as the research object,understands the current distribution of retail pharmacies in Licheng District through field research,analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of retail pharmacies and the spatial differentiation characteristics of reachability through spatial analysis,and summarizes the problems in the spatial distribution of retail pharmacies in Licheng District.Using methods such as correlation analysis and buffer zone analysis,explore the influencing factors on the spatial distribution of retail pharmacies.Starting from the health needs of residents,propose strategies for the spatial layout of retail pharmacies,establish effective side channels for drug supply,and strive to complement each other with the main channels for drug supply in physical medical institutions,in order to form a guarantee force for drug supply and meet the health needs of residents in the post epidemic era.The main research conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)The spatial distribution of retail pharmacies in Licheng District is uneven The distribution density of retail pharmacies in urban areas of Licheng District is significantly higher than that in rural areas.Moreover,the operation of chain pharmacies is the main focus in urban areas,while the low-cost business model of individual pharmacies is more dynamic in rural areas The spatial distribution of retail pharmacies in Licheng District shows a clear clustering distribution feature,presenting a hierarchical layout structure with the zoning center as the core and gradually decreasing towards the peripheral areas The spatial difference of retail pharmacy reachability in Licheng District is significant,and the matching between retail pharmacy reachability and population density distribution is poor.(2)The spatial distribution of retail pharmacies is closely related to factors such as economy,population,location,and transportation Economic factors: There is a strong correlation between the growth of the number of retail pharmacies and regional GDP α Under the condition of 0.01,the correlation coefficient between retail pharmacies and regional GDP is 0.922;In contrast,the growth in the number of retail pharmacies is relatively weakly correlated with the total retail sales of consumer goods and per capita disposable income α Under the condition of 0.05,the correlation coefficient between retail pharmacies and the total retail sales of consumer goods is0.885,and the correlation coefficient with per capita disposable income is 0.941 Population factors: There is a strong correlation between the spatial distribution of retail pharmacies and the number of people and the level of aging α Under the condition of 0.01,the correlation coefficient between retail pharmacies and population size is 0.693,and the correlation coefficient with aging level is 0.616;The correlation between the spatial distribution of retail pharmacies and urbanization rate is relatively weak α Under the condition of 0.05,the correlation coefficient between retail pharmacies and urbanization rate is 0.474 Location factors:Retail pharmacies are often arranged in combination with residential areas,hospitals,and shopping malls.There are 176 retail pharmacies within 500 meters of Licheng District Hospital,accounting for 24% of the total number of pharmacies;There are 212 retail pharmacies within500 meters of the shopping mall in Licheng District,accounting for 29% of the total number of pharmacies;There are 131 retail pharmacies in the residential area of Licheng District,accounting for 18% of the total number of pharmacies,and the three together account for about70% of the total number of retail pharmacies in Licheng District Transportation factors: There is also a strong correlation between the spatial distribution of retail pharmacies and the density of road networks α Under the condition of 0.01,the correlation coefficient between retail pharmacies and road network density is 0.644.Retail pharmacies are often located near urban branches,and the distance from retail pharmacies to urban branches is mostly around 20 meters Other factors: In addition,retail pharmacies are also influenced by online pharmacies and the new healthcare reform policies.(3)The spatial layout strategy of retail pharmacies in Licheng District,Jinan City.Starting from the health needs of residents and the efficiency of medical material supply in retail pharmacies,corresponding planning strategies are proposed for the overall spatial layout,specific location selection,pharmaceutical distribution system,internal space creation and service mode of retail pharmacies At the overall layout level,optimize the overall structure of retail pharmacies,improve drug supply efficiency and health service capabilities;Retail pharmacies should be arranged in conjunction with medical institutions to ensure comprehensive coverage of drug supply for grassroots residents;Retail pharmacies should be arranged in conjunction with their living environment to create healthy neighborhood units At the specific site selection level,the location of retail pharmacies can be combined with the layout of community centers to meet the health needs of community residents to the greatest extent;Can be arranged in conjunction with hospitals and actively undertake the policy dividends brought by the new medical reform;It can be arranged in conjunction with shopping malls to expand economic benefits with the help of a large number of people in the commercial district;It can be arranged in combination with transportation stations to create a drug supply system with good reachability.(3)At the level of pharmaceutical circulation,integrate online pharmacies with offline physical stores to enrich the operational models of retail pharmacies;Improve the multi-level pharmaceutical distribution system and build side channels that connect with the main channel of drug supply in medical institutions.(4)Finally,promote the internetbased drug diagnosis and treatment shop service model to promote the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment mechanism,form a relative increase in medical resources,and meet the health needs of the entire society. |
