With the development of the city,the city scale and people's consumption level have been significantly improved,and their own consumer demand is also getting higher and higher.As an important indicator to measure the economic development level of a region,the retail industry's spatial structure,number distribution,grade scale and The discussion of format composition and influencing factors is also particularly important.This article is based on the relevant theories of retail industry development,takes Ganzhou city center as the research object,and takes urban planning and commercial geography and other relevant theories as guidance to acquire and collate relevant retail POI data and combine them.A variety of quantitative analysis research methods to explore the overall spatial layout of the retail industry in Ganzhou's downtown area and the spatial distribution characteristics of various retail formats,and make theoretical assumptions and demonstrations on the main influencing factors of its spatial distribution,with a view to the Ganzhou downtown area Provide theoretical reference for the allocation and optimization of business resources and the formulation of business plans.The main research contents and conclusions of this article are as follows:First,the research area of this article is determined as the downtown area of Ganzhou.Based on the POI data collected from the retail outlets of downtown Ganzhou based on the Gaode map,a spatial database is established by ArcGis software and the overall spatial layout of the downtown area of Ganzhou is analyzed by nuclear density analysis Characteristics and the spatial distribution characteristics of the six retail formats of shopping malls,department stores,supermarkets,convenience stores,home building materials stores and specialty stores,between the analysis of the data,it is concluded that the scale of the retail industry in downtown Ganzhou is in the process of urban development China is gradually expanding,and its development direction is also consistent with the planning direction,and the resource allocation is also developing in a comprehensive direction.The overall coverage of commercial facilities is good,but its spatial distribution is uneven,especially between regions.And the retail format is insufficient.Secondly,the SPSS software was used to analyze the spatial autocorrelation among the six retail formats in this study,and it was concluded that the retail formats of Ganzhou's downtown area are different in terms of location selection and spatial agglomeration.Finally,the theoretical assumptions and empirical analysis of the factors affecting the spatial distribution of the retail industry in downtown Ganzhou are carried out.Based on the theoretical analysis,a mathematical model is established to demonstrate the theoretical influencing factors and the degree of influence.Through this research on the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of retail industry in downtown Ganzhou,the analysis results are summarized and sorted out,and the current problems of retail industry in downtown Ganzhou are obtained.Outlook.
