With the rapid development of society, bike sharing,as a new green and environmental protection mode of transportation,is active in various cities.Compared with the ordinary public transportation mode, bike sharing has the advantages of high mobility, zero emission, saving money, convenient transportation and so on.It reduces traffic congestion and increases health benefits,so it has become the best alternative to the traditional mode of travel. The development of everything will show disadvantages over time.Due to the unbalanced passenger flow and inadequate planning of bike sharing stations, the number of starting and ending points of bike sharing is uneven. There are too many bike sharing stations with large passenger flow, but the shortage of parking piles causes inconvenience to passengers. There are too many parking piles at stations with small passenger flow, which also causes a waste of resources It can be seen that it has caused some trouble to the development of the city. Therefore,we need to use scientific and reliable methods to analyze the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics, influencing factors and interaction of bike sharing. In this paper,we will choose the data of bike sharing within the Third Ring Road of Chengdu, which rises five consecutive days a week,as the research object,to analyze and reveal its temporal and spatial distribution and important influencing factors,to provide planners with a more powerful reference for the management and scheduling of bike sharing and the improvement of bicycle activity space, and to put forward some thoughts and problems on the current situation of bike sharing passenger flow corresponding solutions. Therefore,on the basis of the existing research, this paper studies the following aspects(1)By using the tools of Arc GIS software, the spatial area of the Third Ring Road in Chengdu is divided into a 400 m * 400 m cell grid, and then the number of starting points of single car trips in the cell grid during the five-day whole day and morning and evening peak periods are counted, that is,the total flow in each grid within five days and the total flow in morning and evening peak periods are defined as dependent variables,Analyze the distribution in space.(2)The response variables and predictive variables were determined, and the data were normalized and screened by using the existing data of shared bicycle usage and related data of influencing factors.(3)At the same time,OLS(Ordinary Least Squares)linear regression model,GWR(Geographically Weighted Regression)model and MGWR(Multiscale Geographically Weighted Regression)model were applied This paper compares and evaluates the results of these three models, studies the factors that affect the usage of bike sharing and the characteristics of its temporal and spatial distribution, and analyzes the influence of the significant variables selected in this paper on the usage of bike sharing. The experimental results show that the MGWR model used in this paper has stronger generality, better suitability and higher efficiency, which provides a certain theoretical support for the research and application of shared bicycle borrowing quantity, and also provides a certain reference value for the dispatching management of relevant departments.
