With the popularity of the Internet and the development of e-commerce,the physical retail industry has been significantly impacted,and the development is getting difficult.At the same time,after the rapid growth of the online retail industry,it is also facing the rising bottleneck and slow development.By combining big data with online and offline sales mode,new retail creates a better consumption experience for consumers,which has become an effective way to solve the development bottleneck of traditional retail and traditional e-commerce.As a result,new retail supermarkets such as Freshippo and super species have sprung up and become the "new favorite" of the times,which has a huge impact on the living space and commercial space of urban communities.In this context,what is the relationship between the spatial location of the new retail supermarket and the urban community? What impact will the new retail supermarket have on the spatial layout of the community? What planning strategies should urban planning adopt in response to the changes brought about by the new retail supermarket?These become the new retail background,community planning and the healthy development of community commercial space need to face the problem.Firstly,to solve these problems,this paper studies the literature of retail business,new retail and community commercial space,as the theoretical basis of this study.Secondly,the representative of the new retail supermarket,Freshippo,is selected as the research object.By using mathematical statistics and Arc GIS spatial analysis tools,the paper analyzes the expansion characteristics,business circle,service scope characteristics and surrounding residential areas of Freshippo in Shanghai,and the specific location of three different types of stores in Freshippo.This paper summarizes the impact of the spatial distribution of new retail supermarkets on urban communities from two aspects: the relationship between macro distribution and community,and the relationship between micro location and community,and puts forward corresponding planning strategies.Then,the typical community where Freshippo is located is selected as the research object,and the consumption behavior characteristics of community residents are analyzed through questionnaire survey;the updating situation of fresh food shops,daily shopping shops,life service shops and catering shops affected by Freshippo is analyzed by means of on-site survey and questionnaire interview;and with the help of Arc GIS,the results show that the consumption behavior characteristics of community residents are different Inter analysis tools to the community as a whole business spatial distribution and the above four types of business distribution of spatial agglomeration graphic,and to analyze the internal space of business.This paper summarizes the impact of the new retail supermarket on the community from three aspects: consumer behavior,community business format and community business space layout,and puts forward the corresponding planning strategies.Finally,it summarizes the main research results of this paper,expounds the shortcomings in the research process and the problems to be studied in the future.
