Research On Residential Design In The "Post-epidemic Era" Based On The Concept Of Health Promotion

At the beginning of 2020,the new crown pneumonia swept the world,fundamentally changing people’s living,working and learning patterns,and the National Health Commission called it "a major public health emergency with the fastest transmission speed,the widest scope of infection and the greatest difficulty in prevention and control since the founding of New China".Clothing,food,housing,and transportation,which should be the most basic behavioral units in people’s daily lives,have encountered unprecedented impacts and obstacles,and the house,as a "living machine",is constantly exposing the contradictions and drawbacks that endanger people’s health.It is the highly contagious COVID-19 pandemic that has inspired people to pay attention to and recognize their living environment.In the case of the advent of the post-epidemic era and the limited residential conditions,integrating the health promotion concept advocated in the healthy housing design standards,designing an efficient and healthy spatial flow and the elastic epidemic prevention layout of the system,adapting to the health needs of the post-epidemic era,and meeting the needs of the normalization of the epidemic are both opportunities and challenges for the healthy promotion of residential design in the new era.Based on the concept of health promotion,the "post-epidemic era" residential design research takes the relationship between healthy housing and human residential health and the basic theoretical analysis of healthy housing standards in the "post-epidemic era" as the starting point,and carefully sorts out the combined development process of public health and architecture at home and abroad,thus summarizing the development motivation of residential design in china’s "post-epidemic era" normalization today.Based on the overall analysis of pre-epidemic residential project cases,the connotation of health promotion of residential design in the "post-epidemic era" is summarized.Residential design for the "post-epidemic era" is based on the concept of health promotion,while meeting the basic health needs of contemporary residents,we should pay more attention to high-quality residential epidemic prevention performance.Therefore,the "post-epidemic era" residential design strategy based on the concept of health promotion carries out practical design of "post-epidemic era" housing from three aspects: streamlined design health promotion,space design health promotion and apartment design health promotion.With the concept of health promotion as the core,the health performance of residential design in the "post-epidemic era" is promoted.Create a high-quality healthy living environment for contemporary residents.In the design of the living space that occupies 2/3 of life,the "post-epidemic era" housing is built into an integrated spatial form.Design residences with the brand of "post-epidemic era",create highly epidemic-proof residential spaces,and achieve the sustainable development of healthy and healthy residential design in the "post-epidemic era".There are 55 figures,5 tables and 50 references in this paper.
