| Historically,China has traditionally been a country found on agricultural civilization. The thousands of years of agricultural production civilization has also an important cornerstone to ensure the benign operation of the entire national economic system and the relative stability of society. However, since the beginning of the new era, with the increasing uncertainty caused by the turbulence and changes in the international situation and the widening gap between urban and rural areas caused by the rapid advancement of domestic urbanization,China’s rural areas are facing the dual risk challenge of international external risks and domestic endogenous risks. In the face of these external shocks and disturbances, the traditional rural society has become more and more obvious, and there are signs of large-scale decline.Resilience,as a theoretical tool that can enhance the adaptability of complex systems and deal with the risks of external changes,is introduced into the development and construction of rural areas, which can effectively deal with these risks and challenges through its own internal adjustment and adaptability when rural areas are facing external disturbances or shocks. Therefore, this paper believes that it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the rural development strategy from the perspective of resilience.Firstly, this paper summarizes and sorts out the research on resilience by scholars at home and abroad, mainly covering four research stages: Engineering resilience, ecological resilience, evolution resilience and expanding the broad sense of social resilience, and selects the social resilience stage as the premise and foundation of the full text research. Then, based on the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the three elements of rural resilience, namely, economic resilience, ecological resilience and social resilience.Social resilience can be divided into rural governance and local culture, constructs a theoretical research framework of "economy ecology society" for rural resilience, analyzes the mechanism of the three types of resilience for improving the resilience of the overall rural system, and puts forward the construction methods and basic principles of rural resilience,That is,moderate redundancy, industrial diversification, rural self-organization,spatial modularization and element mobility. Finally, taking the villages in Suzhou high tech Zone as a case study, based on the basic status of the villages in Suzhou high tech Zone, this paper summarizes the development advantages and possible risks and challenges of the high tech Zone from the economic, ecological and social aspects.According to the construction methods and basic principles of rural resilience proposed in this paper, this paper puts forward the development strategies and main paths of the villages in Suzhou high tech Zone from the perspective of resilience from five aspects: the complementary symbiosis of urban and rural elements, the diversified development of economy and industry, the redundant construction of ecosystem, the reorganization of rural society, and the modular layout of rural space. |
